The State Department is responsible for security of foreign diplomats and they have an agency called the Bureau of Diplomatic security, the DSS (diplomatic security service) in particular is the name of the law enforcement agency who do it. These are all DSS cars and DSS agents. Note DSS also protect the secretary of state!
