just to let u know, i'm an amateur body builder/ power lifter and i hardly eat meat. probually one pound a month of any animal. no you do no need meat to get strong and i bet 90% of you believe that you do. you just have to train ur body to not need it by working out normaly without meat!! simple as that... fyi..a lot of info. in the body building/ getting fit world is innacurate and they are all selling uneffective stuff from supplements to the ab rocket. no i dont take steriods or ANY supp.
