That was the mistery,I thought was something bigger than that. How many hours you spent on the plane from CA to FL,how much did it cost the ticket, did they arrange the tickets or you bought them yourself.Your racing birthday party video who is the off-sider behind the scenes,so far your I would say you are alf and hoon, deadset.
considering the vloggers were given bean bags to sit on it tells me the candidates consider youtubers to be spoiled children to be manipulated.
Then I guess they're in for a dose of something else.
I feel these debates are not about imparting knowledge about ideas but simply testing the ability of the candidates to successful doublespeak around "tough" questions. In other words, the media is simply looking for the screws because that's the only real content that ends up being newsworthy?
I think the whole youtube gimmick is a bunch of nonsense; are we supposed to believe that this is somehow revolutionizing American politics by giving voice to common person? The system is still the same, and it will manufacture the same old result and once the euphoria of having Bush replaced subsides, it will be business as usual.
If caught on audio or video, YouTube magnifies the screw ups and gaffes. In this way it changes the the election process a bit. Just ask former Virgina Senator Allen about that.
But don't get me wrong. I'm very happy for Melissa and her 15 minutes. Something tells me that Melissa has more than 15 minutes in her personal future.
