Thanks for uploading this series. Although the quality of sound is poor at times and the video is not appealing to watch the way it is presented, the education is great. I wanted to point out something that happend at about 38:00 to 38:20. The teacher used the words "Why" which implies intolerence and "You" which is an attacking word to the subconcious in that instance. The student became defensive because of these words but the teacher didn't realize.

I understand the concept, but "stop and go" was kind of silly, I would have stopped right of the bat... Also, the recording of the students was not very good at all. and yes, you do speak way too fast, for your own good, i'm sure some of your students were wondering what they have gotten themselves into, my definition of GT= is to look at problem solving in various ways, or know all aspects of a situation and plug in different theories. A kind of "ART of WAR" if you will. I'm interested ...TY
