I'm no lawyer, but last night of Freedom Watch Judge Napalitono said that the Patriot Act has been ruled unconstitutional no less than 5 times, and that the federal government has no legal authority to act on such a law. How is it that our supposed representatives can reauthorize crime?

Why not just go ahead and file federal charges against each one that passed it. Go ahead look up the proper violations under the UNITED STATES CODE, make out a criminal complaint and send it in. Make sure you put on there that it is a crime as well if they do not follow through on valid charges. If they do not follow through on the charges they are commiting a crime as well. Then if they don't follow through on it, put commercial liens against there houses. They'll get the message.
