Swifty, nobody in that match was hacking or cheating.

In the first part where you said he was under the map - you were just watching the killcam of a barrel. The camera angle was just facing a player as well.

In the second time, the guy who killed you was just a guy standing at the bottom of the small white staircase.

The guy who you said was cheating, killed you in a few bullets, which is normal.

And cmon lets face it, FPS, especially CoD is all reaction/awareness and there is really NOTHING to talk about when commentating. So his skill in this game is irrelevant.
