Ye that's from Helsinki, it's the McDonalds in Iso Roobertinkatu. It usually looks like that in weekends, because it's one of the few open fastfood places at that time of night in the street which is full of clubs and bar's and ofc 1 hour before it's closing time there is insane ammount of people trying to get the last supper before hangover hit's. So they can't actually keep it clean because people are idiots and mess it up in few second's again. I would know, i live next to it. ;)
