to TOTtomdora: not really true for the nitefinder, because the dart doesn't travel down the barrel like the longshot, but you just put the dart right at the end of the barrel of the nitefinder and that is supposed to make the dart actually travel faster.

well it only has longer range because it looks smaller, in all reality it shoots the same, its just not as big so it looks like its shooting further

and although the barrel has rifling, its not actually rifled so no spin is put on the dart at all so it's less accurate too. damn nerf guns are crap. they are fun though

@TOTtomdora that's because the barrel extension for the longshot has a wider inside diameter then the internal barrel on the gun itself, which allows the air to escape around the dart, thus decreasing pressure. same with the recon barrel extension. try modding a pvc pipe barrel with inside diameter the same as the width of the dart. the longshot is crap right out the box, but i've seen some beast mods.

actually a longer barrel reduces the range. my maverick has the same range as my longshot. now my LS is a shorty so it has more range.
