Boehner feels that tobacco taxes hurt the lower and middle class people , therefore does not want the taxing on it. Passing out the checks were a bad move on hi part and he admitted so. At least he is one to admit when he does wrong, unlike most others that play the blame game.

I never knew he would do something like this. But Obama has had to say many things he did was wrong and still won! But yes, had he had been a dem.
