i dont actualy understand why everyone is complaining about kyo-1 overpowerness! Yes hes got very strong combos! He can take on about 75% using only 1 power bar, but hes a sitting duck, he have no brainfucking moves, hes fireball is slow as fuck and he don't even have a Shoryuken type moves, so it's very easy to make a presure on him!
I still feel the game is better balanced than OG 2002 and even 98UM, while some didnt get too much extra, some yes got beefed up but that's the way it is, the game is still pretty well balanced.
Shes high tier but damn dude shes not even top three in the game. You still aren't watching enough match vids seriously....does the name brothersbogard ring a bell? This is the most balanced game SNKp has..only game that comes close is 98UM. King is good but Geese, Bao, Jhun are better and theres others just as good as King.
Ive seen enough vids,and ive seen all brothersborgards,theyre not the big shit,this Jhun is weak compared to 2000/neowave,while in those guard stances,he cant break normal throws,gesse,obvious,hes a boss(and im not talikg about nightmare),bao is the same from 2k,some characters gained all their old moves and plus 1 or 2,while others still lacking some old good moves (Kyo's HCB+B from 99),thats my point,some of them still being weak,or just regular,while others are stronger than normal...
I'm not saying brothersbogard are the shit, I'm just saying while some are stronger than others its not as bad as you make it out to seem, King isn't as good as Geese, Bao, Jhun. Sure Kyo-1 etc are incomplete thats true, but from what I am seeing in this game even Heidern can compete. Jhun though better in NeoWave and 2000 without a doubt is still good enough to be better than King and be top tier.

That just means you are limited in what you are seeing..not everyoen in the world uses those players all the time...this just means you are watching mainly Asian match videos..
