Does anyone find it ironic that Micheletti led a "takeover" in order to preserve democracy, truth, and anti-socialism. In turn, the Honduran people received, suspended rights, lies (regarding resignations and allies), and for the first time a REASON for Chavez to invade Honduras. Micheletti made Honduras the very monster he claimed to be protecting it from.

As someone who has lived in Honduras, I know for a fact that "Negro" while not carrying as much weight as "Nigger" still carries negative racial significance, even for the most casual of conversations, much less for "political officials".
6. Today CNN posted video footage of the coup military shooting the tires of buses carrying pro-Mel protestors. These protestors had not yet protested, thus eliminating any chance of "violent" and "out of control" protesting.
