Wow, so much venom. This isn't from Berklee, it's from Berkeley JazzSchool - a community educational program for musicians of all experience levels. I've never been there and have no vested interest, but why do all the haters need to pile on?

these are berklee students?! to me, it's like an advertisement to stay the hell away from college-taught jazz. they chug along,devoid of swing...everyone playing has a bad sound and they're not in tune...i can sure as hell see they ain't feelin' it...the alto absolutely stinks

@nedmanxxx really? stay away from college taught jazz? this isn't even berklee and even if it was music is an expression man, these people are trying to learn the greatest music there is. not every musician starts off playing like coltrane give them some credit they actually sound quite good for the amount of time they have put into it.
