  • Holy crap nice

  • I always love how there's a video of someone doing something awesome, and all the slobs come out to talk about how it's not impressive or try to discount it.

Post a video reply of you doing better or shut the hell up and enjoy the awesomeness of human potential

  • damn @o@ awesome display

  • It looks a lot harder than a one arm handstand push-up, which looks hard enough as it is.

  • this is like a one arm elbow lever into a one arm handstand

  • Actually how can this not be a one handstand? hes obviously on one hand. He is pushing up into the position. Don't get to damn technical.

  • @MaruTraceuse I'm very glad someone pointed that out. I was about to write exactly the same thing.

  • i cracked at the top comments XD

  • not a handstand pushup but i see every1 knows that already ...

  • doesnt matter if this is just some blowups...its still fugging amazing.

  • he should try this on the sticks...but even he got here a greate technic...and a bright balance too...nice job!!

  • Amazing!Training for those now.Almost there!

  • what the ??????????????????

  • 11 reps. Nice butt!

  • That is incredible.

  • Can someone tell me if this guy was trained by Yoda?

  • That's the strongest thing I've ever seen.

It's one thing to lift a huge amount of weight; the neural mechanics and the muscle memory of the repetitions facilitate it.

But to condition yourself to one arm handstand pushups!

    Handstand pushups are impossible enough!

  • @Y2Krashman These are NOT hand stand pus ups

  • @disaznboii19148

No, they're not handstand pushups. They are infinitely harder.

I would never be able to do these. Handstand pushups, against a wall, are cake.

  • Comment removed

  • @Y2Krashman Not one arm 90 degree one arm pushups.

    Look up 90 degree push-ups

    THOSE are 90 degree pushups.

This is nothing like how a one arm 90 degree pushup wouldlook like, if even possible. Not saying this is easy, but it's alot easier than a 90 degree on arm pushup would be, if possible.

  • @disaznboii19148

One arm pushups against a wall are possible. Without something to leverage off of, I'd have to say impossible, or near impossible.

  • @Y2Krashman Well of course against the wall it's possible.

But like in my previous post I mean One Arm 90 degree pushup. WHich is impossible. It clearly looks like he's trying to imitate it. What he's doing is hard, but not nearly as hard as a one arm 90 degree pushup.

  • holy crap, i wish i could do that..

  • this is a creepy video

  • Does anyone know of someone that can actually do a one-handed handstand pushup, without using legs? Not that this isn't already incredible-it's just that momentum is such a big factor.

and if not, does anyone know anyone that has the potential to do it? i.e. being able to military press 2x bodyweight?

  • Joint Bodyweightculture regulation perfect one arm push up contest.

  • great

  • He's using the momentum from his legs. That's more of an up-kick than a push-up

  • well, it's better than you'll ever do...

  • come on this guy its still insane you can't deny.

  • There's a video of him doing this from the floor. Still an upkick, but not nearly as much.

  • amaaaaaazing!!!

  • Amazing :D

  • god!

  • gnarly

  • that's not one handed handstand pushups but still great balance

  • Look at his other video. He has one on ground

  • impresionante

  • Nice

  • Pfft, bboy the end can do airchair pushups in an airflare.

  • even bboys cant to that many! u rox man!

  • Thats so sick! Many props mate! When I first started training this element, my side was always badly bruised from coming down and ramming my ribs til I developed the strength and control to do it right! Wow!

  • bboys are better XD

    but still

    ACROBATS ROCK!

  • He isnt doing a one-hand pushup, he is just leveling himself by stucking his elbow in his stomack and then creating a momentum with the rest of his body to lift him up, its just a matter of balance, not strength!!!!

Livewire on the other hand can actually do that one with one hand....

  • If you have tried to learn this, you would know it takes incredible strength to be able to do it. He is using a lot of momentume, but even so you must have a LOT of strength to even just lower down without injuring yourself. I am training this and i can tell you I have had tendonitis in my elbow several times because of the tremendous load on the arm.

And no, Livewire cant do that with one arm(no disrespect to him, he is awesome).

  • Well ofcourse i didnt say it easy, but i shouldnt be considered a one-hand-handsand-pushup, its a matter of title, not a matter of the difficulty of what he is doing :P

And i still think that if livewire tries he could do a one hand, he jumps and levels in a handstand for god's sake :P

  • i dont try this much but i can go up once and down.. it does hurt a bit goin down (especially if not warmed up lol) and iv had tendonitis from doin airchair stuff so yeh i know wht u mean about this kind of training being dangerous.

  • @Aprosklitos It is true that it requires momentum and balance, but also a lot of strength.

  • @Aprosklitos People thumbs down this idiotic comment. No strength? you're fucking insane.

  • I don't think you folks truly appreciate how hard it is to do this. Hell, even just doing a full handstand pushup with both arms is damn hard. Doing it with one? I don't think it's even possible to do so in the traditional form.

  • There is another video of him doing it in trad.

  • Yes, this thing is really really Reeeeeaaaallly hard! c'mon people , a little bit more appreciation for this man :)!!!

  • Livewire is better than this guy

  • crazy man :)

  • not a true one armed handstand push-up

  • OH...SHIT!!!

  • It's still impressive whether he uses momentum or not. One arm and he doesn't even use his legs! They're of a ledge,.. Pure body control, it's great to still hold the position.

  • Truly impressive, but I too would call them pushups. As far as I know, no one can do them on one arm.

  • Either way its impressive and really isnt that easy to do

  • Agreed, not a handstand pushup. Still very hard, but he's using his legs as momentum to get off of the elbow level.

  • yeah... even though its impressive its not a pushup... maybe he should join the circus or something

  • read the comments he is in the circus

  • just sick

  • Awesome! I wish I knew how this man avoided elbow tendonitis.

  • That's more of a pulling injury, isn't it?

  • wot a fucking tank, its replicatable tohugh but stilll, wow

  • Impressive, but it isn't really a press up, he uses his legs for momentum, its like those guys that swing into a pull up, it's easier cause less force is required by his arm.

  • isnt that more of a "one arm elbow lever pushup"?

  • It would be harder if you don't stabbed them^^ if someone can

  • in highschool we had to do 20 of these before we could qualify for the dodge ball team

  • LOL

  • i love liars :)

  • I like jokes

  • i like liars and jokes!!

  • LOL awesome joke.

  • gee tough crowd

  • very good

  • core mucle have to be super strong for that

  • no puede ser

  • instead of being in the circus. he should've started breakin.

  • mean balance..

  • try it with airchair :P i do 3 !

  • weights and body weights are two different things

  • This is an awesome skill, but it is NOT a one arm handstand push up, this would require him to get into a one arm handstand and lower his body by bending the elbow until the head touched the floor, then pushing back up. This is a one arm elbow lever to one arm handstand using momentum from the legs, this requires a lot of strength and balance, but i reckon that doing one arm handstand pushups, would require a lot more strength. Anyway, this is absolutely great!

  • it isnt wad u would call awesome.. but hey.. hu d fk can do wad u jus described... it doesnt really obey the law of physics and human physique..

  • what if one where to have a fast matabolism, and he eats healthy. and only trains one arm. hewould be able to do a one arm pushup.

  • but hey chek out junior.. hes some dam pro shit breakdancer.. he does pushups w/o his legs touching the ground n they are definitely proper form, w/o any momentum for shaking his body or legs..

  • He also has polio in his leg which makes him torso-heavy. That's why he never has to touch his feet. One leg is normal, the other is crippled.

  • and there's a movie of this dude doing exactly the same thing but on the floor with much less momentum. Junior is a great bboy but this dude is just off the chart when it comes to one handed handstands

  • WHICH DUDE? jr or the guy in the vid?

  • the guy on the vid. Just follow the link of the guy who posted this video.

  • @MaruTraceuse this man is better then you in every way. sit down, shut up and eat a twinkie fattie.

  • @Magic8Ball He was just stating facts and said it was "absolutely great", don't pick fights on youtube, makes you look like a douche.

  • @Danielphalen123 get off the internet twerp.

  • @MaruTraceuse By your definition (which IS correct, mind you) a one-handed handstand pushup is physically impossible. Besides, nobody can argue that what this guy does is anything short of incredible.

  • @tiyenin

how exactly is it impossible? you just need the use shoulder strength instead of momentum like in this video

  • @MaruTraceuse Captain obvious to the rescue!!

  • @MaruTraceuse actually that would be a one arm headstand pushup ,

  • okay thats cool but yeah i would like to see one that doesnt use the momentum of the legs

  • IT still takes skill to get up and come back down in that freeze

  • that is awsome but he is not actually using the strength of that arm to lift his body weight its more if a swinging motion but what do i know that was incredible

  • bet he fucks alot of girls like that

  • madness

  • straight up amazing

  • FREAKING AWESOME

  • There is a video of him doing them on the floor now. Excellent balance and strength!

  • to all the people trying to discredit the guy-The "f" word...momentum,yeah..."There's nothing gradual, so the muscle strain is much less." ROFL..do you think if someone tossed you and gave you momentum you would be able to pull this off...so untill someone posts a video of doing it "THE RIGHT WAY" just STFU and give the guy props

  • haters haters haters. how bout you people try to do that.

  • actually when u do it on a floor it much more harder, cus u get less swing momentum, cus look at him he swings it up...where in the floor u cant really swing ur legs much...but that was cool

  • I agree. All he's doing is swinging, locking his arm, and dropping onto his arm. There's nothing gradual, so the muscle strain is much less.

  • 8I7PMeoE2c0

  • actualli iv seen otha bboys do that on tha floor an im alf way there so believ me this is good but its well better wen dun onthe floor

  • Great, but am afraid he couldn't make that on the floor... It is his weight what draws him up... Still - awesome fitness!

  • Come on, that's the only way someone could do a 1 arm handstand push ups. It doesn't matter he uses momentum, most of you couldn't even imagine doing that with the momentum of a god damn dragster.

  • That guy is really strong!

    *B*

  • it's balance and instant strength, but

still guys.. u need some strong arm to do dat -_-; momentum.. is not everything..

  • okay that very nice no question...i can even do pushups with 2 hands...once i had done with one hand too...but that was luck^^

  • the way he swings his legs up each push up,

    thats bringing a lot of momentum with it, so it actually makes the push ups easier;

i'm not saying its easy, i cant even do a a handstand push up with 2 hands, lol :D

  • you actually have to be strong to generate momentum, where do you think ice skaters gain momentum...from gravity???its muscle contraction that brings momentum

  • cool !!!!!!!!! so strong!!

  • Ha i love all the comments like OMG he's shit he's using momentum anyone can do that, hes just swingin his legs and thats all.

    :|

  • Let's see you do it then

  • Read my comment again.

  • bboynight down there

yeh momentum will give him an inch or 2 upwards thrust wich is fuck all the rest is strength from his arms, so he is dwin em properly

  • actually it doesnt take as much strength when you have momentum. but you actually see it takes more strength when he goes down from the handstand.

  • my friend where exactly does momentum come from?another dimention?of course you need strength to generate momentum and coordination to keep it...dont try to separate the terms

  • Not only strenght - speed, coordination, balance... So saing this I respect respect all his skills...

  • that is freaking amazing balance.

  • OMG!!!

    now that is madness!!

  • WHOOOATTT HAHHA???

  • Good God! This guy is just sick! Unbelieveable strength and balance!

By the way, some of the comments are so stupid... Can you imagine other type of one arm handstand pushups? I think it's the only possible way. Some people are so evny...

  • if he didnt swing his legs it would be incredible, but hes just using great balance more than strength

  • i agree, hes basically doing a turtle freeze from breakdancing and a one handed handstand. i doubt its possible to do if you were balancing on the ground tho, his legs have to go way lower than his body to gain that momentum.

  • DOnt you mean Bboying ;)

  • yea bboying is what its supposed to be, but lately it takes too much explaining when people ask whats bboying?! is it basketball boy? im like omygosh! No.

  • Yeah lol, I have to do that everytime, they ask wtf is that i say Breakdancing they say ohh why didnt u just say that, but you cbb explaining. :P

  • 8I7PMeoE2c0

  • I could imagine a real, one arm handstand push-up, yes. This isn't one. It is very impressive, but its more of a one arm stall with a swing up to a one arm handstand. I respect the skill but refuse to acknowledge it as something that it isn't.

  • lol yeah but to do what you're suggesting you'd need arms like Ronnie Coleman and a body like Kate Moss. Hardly a desirable physique

  • Many people are completely irrational and lame.

  • hes amazing

  • Y-tube has so much haters, thats limit breaking

control and a lot of strength-most of u would't even manage a one arm handstand,

or even a one arm elbow lever:p

    RESPECT TO THE MAN

  • i just wanna suck dat niggaz dick all day

  • what the hell man!

  • Hmm... That's ok, but he's using a shit ton of momentum with his legs to swing his body up, and that kind of makes it NOT a pushup, more like a swing up.

  • yeah but still its really hard aint it?

  • kind of. its something that you would probably see a breakdancer do. its like headstand but instead of using ur strength, you can just push ur legs up fast, giving u momentum.

  • The use of momentum is a skill of it's own and this guy has it.

  • he has a advantage wit his legs swinging low then the ground hes on....i bet u crisis...is strong....bboy power lol

  • its more a leg up but still think bboy darkness has nore upperboddy strength

  • how can u all say shit like its a shame he dint do it wi-out swingin his legs :S fuckin amazing with swingin legs

  • you're my idol! :) love ya for your act on clepsydra (sandglass) :)

  • FUCK o.o

  • afraid its not a 1arm handstand push up, as he is dropping into an elbow lever and then pushing himself back up again, but its still incredible

  • momentom or no momentom thats still incredibly hard to do!!!! far out

  • hes using his whole body but that is incredible balance

  • This is very good, but it's a shame he uses his legs to push himself up by swinging and not only the arm if he did that without using his legs it would be awesome!

  • funny how he's not actually strong enough to do one arm pushups, he is just using incredible balence and the momentum of his body...still impressive though

  • I believe no one can do a free standing one arm handstand pushup without using any momentum, although I wouldn't mind being proven wrong :)

It's quite awsome what Tikhonovich does in the video.

  • U prat-its not a one arm push up (That would involve his legs touching the ground) its a one armed hand stand push up.

  • good man!!!!

  • MANNNNN never seen this in my life!!! this shyt ROCKSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS
