Technically those who fired could go to jail if they were taken in front of the Hague. War crimes are terrorism. Well extending the ceasfire might have been a good idea which Israel BROKE in November NOT Hamas. Also it might be a good idea to stop blockading and starving the people of Gaza! It isn't . There are Druze and Bedouin in the army. There are Arab representatives in the Knesset. One is actually a minister. I don't think they are queing up to emigrate to Gaza and the West Bank.
