I saw an add at the local pet supply store. I wanted one but my parents said no. I held one at a pet expo in Texas and petted one at the vet's, but they aren't friendly.

@DasKillerBunny Don't take that persons advice. You should never house two hedgehogs together because they are solitary creatures and they will fight and kill one another. You don't need to spay or neuter them unless they are having hormonal problems, or have tumors, cancer, or uterine prolapse, and other health issues that need to be relieved with spaying or neutering.
