@adinovs25 no. you can't, actually. an editing software cannot change the composition of a video unless you have enough frames per second to ensure the quality would not skip through. please think.
Camera's capture 30fps. lets say the vid at a normal rate will be 5 secs long. meaning you have a total of 150frames. now if you want to expent that over a lenght of 15 secs, because you want to slow the footage down. This means you have 10 fps which leaves you with a blurry and awfull looking footage. These cameras are capable of capturing over 100.000 FPS now expend this over a 15sec footage and you have a beautifull slowed movie.
