  • You work yourself so hard! You really want to get those power-moves, don't you? It's good that you're allowing your body time to recuperate for those knee-holds, you'll find that your muscles will reward you in full later when they heal a little. You may even get the knee-hold right away when they do, you are sooo close! Your tuck hip hold is looking nice, but to keep from sliding and to allow yourself more time to get into it I recommend leaving one leg hooked as you draw the other closer. =)

    Thanks for the tip! LOL, the first few times i did it i was almost at the ground by the time i was in the hold. I couldnt work out how to stop from sliding down haha.
