For the record I'm personally against my fellow Republicans doing any felony crimes you might get arrested for which can legally restrict your voting rights which are much more effective in making our government do what you want it to do than stupid acts of criminal harassment against government employees just doing the job they're paid to do by the taxpayers with the approval of the majority of voters.
It would restrict your freedom of speech to be in jail without any computer access.

The claim the Patriot Act was being used to hold anybody in custody without rights in this case is factually incorrect. The charge is making phoney bomb threats to shut down schools for money which Lundeby is currently on trial for with all respect for his due constitutional rights, If you make bomb threats don't use your own cell phone which can be traced to you. Use a public phone, keep it short, and don't use the same phone twice.

I know this boy and his family, he used to live in Pennsylvania and he was a friend of my youngest daughter, they both attended school together. I always thought he was a sweet boy and my daughter spent time around him and his family! I am not here to judge Ashton, it's been awhile since I've spoken to him! And he wasn't arrested under the Patriot Act. he was arrested under a standard Grand Jury Indictment and our regular criminal code. And a number of him and his friends DID make bomb threats at a number of schools and public place FOR MONEY. That's right. He and his friends ran a web site that other kids could BUY bomb threats to get out of school.

The patriot act is not a law it is a abomination in total. The whole set of rules is unconstitutional. The entire FBI is illegal. We have let it all creep up on us for before WWI began and just now we have figured out all of it is unconstitutional. The drug and weapons laws were the beginnings of this federal police state. It all must be deleted and our constitution be the filter for any law that is left standing. There has to be major system changes to the laws put ineffect that are illegal.
