But then again, there was one 15-turn game I did where there were so many lucky spaces (it's easy to land on it in this board because of the first dolphin ride bringing you so close to it) and nobody landed on said happening space.

The ratio of players to tiles in Picture Perfect for the 1 Player is 1:4, whereas for the 3 players, the ratio is 1:3. So just from a mathematical standpoint, the game is easier with the 3 players. That doesn't take into account how bad some of the A.I. is on the computer characters.

In Koopa's board, (If I remember correctly) The lucky space brings you to coins and a Three Star Hotel. Sorry if I'm wrong, I haven't played MP8 in a while, Mostly because my copy of MKWii and MP8 both got scratched. and stopped working. Haven't got the chance to buy new copies yet. MP8 is still about $45 at GameStop, and MKWii is still about $40. :(

I agree about Daisy's voice in this game. It's by far the most obnoxious voice I've ever heard from her. Her voice in Mario Kart: DD was annoying too, but it was only her "Hi, I'm Daisy!" phrase that annoyed me. Overall, I think she's nowhere near as annoying as Peach is. That's just my opinion though. :]
