This game was great fun, remember playin it with my mate alot. I used to wait untill he went on a bridge, then I would blow both sides of it and trap him, he hated me for it lol.

Man, brings back a lot of good memories.

I played PC version and can tell that PC version have little different sounds, vehicle and map selection screen and jeep is not ahummer, but Willis - I think, you know that american jeep from WWII :P The jeep's engine sound however, better suits the Willis of than hummve.

goddamn we played this game 1vs1 on our first PSX earlier times ago and it just ROCKED! was too funny :) remember when you were using the jeep gettingg into the water and the eney came with a helicopter you were fucked :D :D

This game was my first game to "hack" swap the SPLAT sound with the ICQ sound of "UH-oh!" so it was awesome when you hit 6 guys out once...

Can you ever escape the submarine in this game? when you go far out on the sea, a submarine emerges from under water, can you kill him?

Nope. It fires a heat seeking missile that wipes you out. :(

I produced the original 3DO version of this game and there actually *is* a way to escape the submarine: If your opponent or a drone is chasing you, fly out to sea and get the sub to launch the missile, then get your opponent or drone between you and the missile, it will take out the closest craft. It is roundabout way to get rid of drones or an opponent when you run out of ammunition. Just remember that the missile really is heat seeking and will kill whatever is closest.
