Aqui nadie junta nada! No estamos hablando de nacionalismos. Si no te gusta que se atribuya nuestra cultura a esta cancion te compras una cultura nueva. I si te sientes noseke en catalunya te vas a tu querida espanya la qual hizo por su nombre exiliar a uno de los mas grandes maestros de la musica. juntar nacionalismo catalán con música me parece horrendo!! El Cant del Ocells igual lo compuso un castellanoparlante (autor no conocido; ¿y qué más da si el autor es catalano- o castellanoparlante?). Con esta música nos identificamos muchos castellanoparlantes en Catalunya, que nos sentimos arrinconados, humillados por el Parlamento Catalán. Esta música nos da fuerza para luchar por nuestra libertad.......

Why do you post the same text in every casals video with "Pablo" written in it? Of course he was a political activist (and his aims were to free a nation which is great) but this here is mainly about enjoying his wonderful music and for us as well his character, isnt it? Even the politically most active musician should be allowed to sometimes only make music to enjoy...

Don't get angry, and try to understanding me. Enjoy his wonderful music and respect his memory are not incompatible things. At the videos "El discurs... " etc. the spaniards cover him with insults. I love his music, and I love Pau, I only try to remember another human values in the master, the values the most important for him.

The great master Pau Casals would have never wanted his first name to be changed in Pablo. He always defended the rights of his nation, Catalonia, and amongst these, the linguistic rights, and his mother tongue, catalan. Please, if you really love his music, respect his memory and restaure here his real catalan first name: Pau Casals. [To be continued]
