anyone who will use this is completely stupid because if u use greenposi0n RC6.1 its untethered so u can use jailbroken apps and still be able to turn on and off your ipod if u want or need to

No, it will recognize it on start up. This is why the semi-tethered jailbreak sucks. Go with tethered if you don't mind not being able to turn it off!
