As far as Rodgers never taking any chances (which is ridiculously untrue), as long as he leads the team to wins, I could not care less. The guy is a beast. That's why he won MVP. Favre never had the kind of season Rodgers just had. The guy has only 4 starting seasons under his belt and he's already Hall Of Fame worthy. How many QBs have looked this great after their first 4 seasons?
@EpicClutchFTW The 1st Super Bowl should never have happened because the Raiders had the Patriots beat. The refs helped the Patriots win. It's obvious the Patriots can't win a Super Bowl honestly. They have to cheat in some way. They will always be known for Spygate.
Aaron rodgers with receivers like welker who is the best slot receiver of all time and with that patriots O-Line thats set up for greatness because rodger is a better passer than tom brady and he can keep plays alive simple as that
@Samuelluv11 Aaron rodgers doesn't have the skill set to find 5 foot 9 recivers like wes welker and Deion branch only Brady can do that aaron rodgers has to learn that's why all of his recivers are so tall.
@TheJewballer Long as i been watching redskins football with Mark burnell,Jason Campbell, mcnabb,Grossman as our QB with 5'9 Wideouts and no O-line,(trust me they be finding them recievers)You're saying that Rodgers dont have the skill set to find 5'9 receviers???WTF my skins dont even have nothing close like a welker his route running fucking great so he's create seperation if QB's like Grossman, mcnabb can find 5'9 wideouts and they dont have half the tools what a-rod have why can't he do it
I heard the critique of four different NFL scouts and they graded Flynn a A-, commenting on an "outstanding" job. I guess you only look for Fantasy Football plays that score big points, but completely overlook "game control" and consistency execution within a game plan. Maybe you need to take a look at the sheet NFL scouts use to grade a QB instead of just pure stats
I love how people say Rodgers is only good because of the receivers he has. All of these receivers especially Jennings have had nothing but great things to say about Rodgers's ability as quarterback. Jennings even said Rodgers has done things he has never seen Favre do. I doubt he's talking about not constantly throwing INTs either.
I have to agree, those receivers really deserve a lot of credit for their outstanding play this year, but remember the beginning of last year (or was it the year before) when we were plagued by drops and some overthrows/confused routes? I think Rodgers has as much a hand in making that entire receiving corps stars as they have had in making him an MVP quarterback.
@youR3tard I couldn't agree more. I remember Driver saying he likes playing with Rodgers more than he did with Favre. He wouldn't say that if Rodgers had no ability. I think all the Favre lovers are just bitter because they were hoping the Packers would suck once Favre left. I bet them watching Rodgers win the SB and be MVP of that SB made their vaginas hurt. I am loving this! No way the Pack would be 13-0 if Favre was still here. He would have at least choked away the Giants game.
I am the biggest Favre fan ever. But even I cannot deny that Rodgers is playing better right now than Favre ever did. I will say though that Favre's best years were mired with a crappy coach/GM named Mike Sherman. Favre also never had the offensive weapons Rodgers does. But regardless Aaron Rodgers is the best player in the NFL right now hands down.
@thelostprophet3 haha. Are you kidding me? Afc way down this year. Afc west= worst division ever. Manningless afc south=terrible. Afc north very inconsistent at best and pats only team in afc period!! WAY DOWN YEAR FOR AFC. Only two teams even good. Pats n steelers. Rest of conference is garbage this year!! Pack, 49ers, saints, falcons. Injuries derailed bears
Pure class. Did you see his face when asked though! Haha. You know he wanted to say, I learned what not to do and that's why I'm the shit now. Hope the bears do get him so Rodgers can post a 3-2 record against him.
Im the biggest favre fan there is ... Im praying to the lord above he comes back to the bears ...... the rumors isgoing around ... he ends the perfect season in went 16 and Rodgers kisses his ass 4 for life!!!
@thelastProphet3- you don't know shit bout favre or the packers I'll admit he was an amazing qb but he killed his own career and he WAS TH BIGGEST ASS EVER BY FAR THE RUDEST PERSON EVER VERY FUCKIN AROGANT, AND AS FOR YOU TO SAY BRADYS THE BESTYOUR WRONG HE'S VERY INCONSISTANT AND AARON IS THE DEFINITION OF PERCISION
Rodgers is a little cry baby bitch Brett favre has always and will always be the best Brady is easily the best in the nfl today. Rodgers just acts like a good guy around the cameras because he is winning he would be the first to blame everyone else when they lose this years superbowl they are lucky they play in the weak ass nfc they would not make the superbowl in the afc!
It is kind of difficult to learn from someone who stone walls you all the time. In three years Brett Favre never tallked to Aaron Rodgers once. That is what Aaron said anyway. What a mentor. It would have been nice for Aaron to be able to pick his brain and gain some knowlage from the future hall of famer, but as we are seeing now that wasn't really necessary.
when drew bledsoe left the patriots and signed with buffalo, patriot fans werent pissed off about that, so why does it matter with favre in minnesota? lol and im a 40yr packer fan from green bay
@3085724 Maybe Patriots fans weren't pissed about it because Bledsoe was TRADED to Buffalo! He didn't sign there on his own free will like Favre did with Minnesota. See the difference?
@3085724 Favre was throwing a shitload of interceptions early in his career too, retard. Make all the excuses you want. Rodgers is better. Favre taught Rodgers NOTHING. The asshole didn't even call Rodgers up to congratulate him for winning the Super Bowl! Pretty damn good? So throwing 19TD's and 24 INT's in his second season as a starter is good? What were Rodgers's numbers in his second season as a starter? Sure as hell not that bad. You don't sound like much of a Packers fan.
@greenday1981 why is rodgers good? because hes deep in his prime and hes fucking 27 yrs old dumbass of course hes gonna be explosive. you dont fucking compare a guy whos 27 to a guy whos 41. rodgers was taught by favre for 3 yrs before he took over as starter, favre immediately took over the yr he joined GB after majkowski. and favre played pretty damn good, maybe not as good as rodgers but like I said rodgers was taught for 3yrs, favre wasnt taught by anybody. but favre played pretty damn good
i respect everything favre has done and also respect rodgers. i dont understand the haters especially packer fans. favre took a team who hadnt one a playoff game in over a decade and made them into the modern packers and now rodgers inherits a good team and picks up where favre left off and hopefully turns them into a dynasty, it really is a great situation for the packers and for both players regardless of who ends up with more records or rings. bottom line is true packer fans love them both
@drumr4life509 There are hard feelings because Favre basically pissed all over his legacy in Green Bay and pissed all over the fans' good will and he did it just to spite Ted Thompson. It was childish, petty, and egotistical on his part. We fans love our Packers, but if you pull an ego trip, they will call you on it. The atmosphere in Wisconsin towards the Packers is a lot like the attachment a town has to a college or high school team, so that's why there was such hard feelings over this.
Any true packer fan would know and expect that Aaron standing behind and learning from Brett Favre better be a Flippin awesome player. If he would not be he was not watching and learning. Aaron won the Fucking lottery of Teachers and Coaches. Imagine any Man that would stay that long with a team when he could have left and gone somewhere else?? NO he stayed and learned from the best !!! He has the position and knowledge because he wanted to learn from the BEST- BRETT FAVRE
@APRIL2719621 You are so clueless. If Rodgers took after Favre, he would have double digit interceptions every season and the Packers would not be undefeated right now.
@greenday1981 man you hate favre dont you? yeah rodgers is good but you should fucking appreciate his leadership and sportsmanship for his 16 yrs as a packer. as a ive watched the packers for 30 yrs and i've always had fun watching favre, of course ive had lots of fun watching rodgers too he is pretty good also. but if your going to talk shit about favre, your a disgrace to the packer nation.
@3085724 Leadership? The guy was selfish. His own teammate Mark Chmura said so. He played the game for himself and no one else. That's why he holds the record for interceptions. He tries to make himself look good on so many occasions that he just loves making passes that any good QB knows should not be made. Give us a reason not to hate the guy. He fakes his own retirement not once but twice and ends up going to a division rival to spite us and we're not suppose to hate him for that?
He also learned what not to do from favre like not to throw a dumbass int when the games on the line, not to throw multiple picks in a playoff game, and not to consistently throw into triple coverage off your back foot. I have no problem with favre taking those gambles as long as they were calculated risks but alot of those plays were just dumb and no way could they have ended well for Green Bay.
@skins189lbs Exactly. Thank you! I'm sick of people giving Favre more credit than he truly deserves. They even tried to say he turned the Packers team around when he joined, even though the Pack finished with the same record his first 2 seasons with them as they did the year before he joined. Rodgers will be better. When was the last time a QB had a rating over 100 in each of the first 8 games of the season? Favre sure as hell couldn't do that.
I love how bitter we Packer fans are about Favre. We never want to give him any credit. However, he is what he is. He was great and like Roger's said you can learn from anybody. He probably did learn what to do, and what not to do. He also has worked very hard on his own, to become the amazing quarterback he is. As much as it pains, and I mean PAINs, me to say it. We were very lucky to have those years with Favre, it was fun to watch him and have him a part of our team. I LOVE RODGERS!
@enjoyitbro If that were true, Rodgers would have 15 interceptions right now. Favre taught him nothing but I'm glad he didn't. Now old man Favre can watch his predecessor have a better career than him.
@GreenDay1981 Towards the end of the clip Rodgers even talks about a few specific lessons he learned from Favre. Some QBS waiting to play just dick around and not pay attention. However, Rodgers picked up a lot of valuable things from studying Favre. And Rodgers has a lot of Favre like tendencies. And enough with the interceptions Favre had more wins TDS and passing yards than any other QB too.
@enjoyitbro Of course Favre has the most wins, TD's, and passing yards. Look how many games he played. Besides, wins are a TEAM effort. I very much doubt Favre played well in every one of those wins. Also, if Peyton Manning stays healthy, he will break that record in 4 or 5 years if not sooner. What Favre-like tendencies does Rodgers have? Rodgers already has 2 seasons where he finished with a QB rating over 100 and is on his way to a 3rd. How many times did Favre do that? Once.
@GreenDay1981 Oh you know for a fact that many of those years Favre didn't have a lot of great talent around him. He still managed to take the team to victory. I'm talking about the lessons of how to control the game how to move around the pocket and what have you. If we are to compare who was the best overall QB I would have to say arm strengh and mobility would go to favre, and accuracy would go to Aaron
@enjoyitbro You are no Packer fan. If you were, you would know that Aaron has much better mobility outside the pocket, Favre was way to slow when he played. As for arm strength goes, they are about equal, but Rodgers accuracy puts him up higher cause he is deadly accurate. In the new Sports Illustrated that just came out, they discuss how Rodgers got better. Not all of it came from watching Favre, but from his practice time in scoutteam practices. He practiced things he wouldnt normally try there
@enjoyitbro Dude, Rodgers brought home a Super Bowl win despite having essentially no running game since Grant got hurt in the season opener and losing Woodson and Driver in the Super Bowl. Also, how many people even picked the Packers to get to the playoffs much less win the Super Bowl at the midway point of the season? Rodgers brought this team back from the grave last season. Oh, and who won the Super Bowl MVP? That would be Rodgers.
@GreenDay1981 well no shit sherlock ill just be happy when the day come. Also Rodger has a more talented team overall then Favre ever had in GB. also rules are different now then they are today. then favre would get crushed high or low. defenders could hit defenseless WRs. now u cant hit a qb below the waist basically or hit em high, hit only i the chest or gut. dont get me wrong Rodgers very talented. but you put favre in todays game at rodgers age n he will b just as good a rodgers or better.
@tjohnson161 I disagree. Rodgers has only thrown 3 interceptions all season and 2 of those weren't even his fault. They were ones that the receivers should have caught but got deflected into the opponent's arms. Rodgers is not careless. He has way better instincts than Favre ever had and his accuracy is off the chart! What exactly makes this team more talented than the ones Favre had? A lot of the players on the team now are ones that Favre played with too. Rodgers is the reason they are better.
@GreenDay1981 Totally agree! I just saw his QB rating after last night's game. It's now at 130!! 130!!! Only 3 INT's too! 2 were deflected, and 1 was from Brian Urlacher, but of course we're talking Urlacher here.
@powerpro4 Yeah. Defenses no longer smile when they have to play the Packers. They know they won't get easy interceptions like they did with Favre at the helm. It's sad how some people are in so much denial about Rodgers being better than Favre that they will make up any excuse they can as to why he's doing so well. There's a reason he won Super Bowl MVP despite losing Driver early and having his receivers drop several easy passes. He is that damn good.
@GreenDay1981 #4 had sterling sharp n Donald driver most his career and that all the weapons he had most his career. until his last couple seasons in GB. but im not taking away frm #12 amazing yr and hes had an amazing start since he got the starting job. i dont think they will go 19-0 but i bet they at least go back to SB n Rodgers gets MVP.
@tjohnson161 Favre did play in todays game you dumbass did you forget about the 2 years in minnesota?2009 and 2010..one of which he was a top qb and one where he bottomed out...quit making excuses...players till hit the same as they did in the 90 they just get penalized more for certain hits...quit making excuses asshole.
@duckjockey10 i mean came out of the draft ya dumbass so who knws he could of put up # like Rodgers from the get go. also they get penalized for more hits now so unless its ray lewis or james harrison they wont take certain chance also nfl favors the qb lot more then it did before recent. so if #12 becomes greater then #4 thats great, especially for GB. like saying you can compare qbs from today to the 70s when there was really no rule against bumping WR all over the field b4 the ball was in air
@GreenDay1981 what i don't get with you guys is your die hard packer fans and you hate brett favre. I know favre when to your rivals the vikings, But so what I'm a pats fan and when Bledso went to the Bills and beat the Pats I was fine with it since I had deep respect for the guy. Favre will have all of the football records for years to come maybe aaron is the smarter QB but you must respect what favre did for your organization.
@TheJewballer Are the Bills your biggest rival? I would say the Jets are your biggest rival. Also, Considering Bledsoe went 5-11 in his last full season with the Patriots, I doubt it was exactly heartbreaking to lose him especially when Brady took over the next season when Bledsoe got hurt and you guys won 11 games behind him. You act like Favre brought us multiple Super Bowl titles. He didn't. He brought 1 out of 11 chances. Favre would have gone to the Bears if they had an opening.
@GreenDay1981 Favre got you guys to the playoffs almost every single time you packer fans show no respect for the guy you know their are people who rude for teams like the browns, dolphins, and cardnails who would love it if they're team went to the playoffs almost every year. Favre is going to the Hall of fame and trust me you really think aaron rodgers is ever going to have 3 MVPs like favre did he might even if he wins this year when his recivers get old he's scrwed.
@TheJewballer Yeah, and got us out of the playoffs almost every single time too. Somehow I doubt the fans of those teams would be so happy about going to the playoffs that many times if they don't get more than 1 Super Bowl title out of it. I'm a Braves fan and at one point they won the division 14 straight times. How many World Series titles did they win in that span? One! That hardly makes reaching the playoffs that many times acceptable. You just don't understand.
@GreenDay1981 look at Peyton manning he only has 1 superbowl and has a 9-10 postseason record do you doubt him too. Well it's too bad because when rodgers retires i gurantee you that he will still only have 1 ring he's a system qb favre was a gunslinger that's why he threw so many picks.
@TheJewballer Yes I do doubt Manning too. Rodgers isn't a gunslinger? Did you not see the pass he made to James Jones on Thanksgiving? If that was Favre, it would have been picked off. He already has an NFL record that Favre never achieved: consecutive games with a 100+ QB rating. That streak is still going too. Rodgers will also likely finish with more TD passes this season than Favre ever had with any team. That is unless you think Rodgers won't throw at least 7 TD passes in the next 5 games.
@GreenDay1981 Again Brett favre is number 3 on the list behind Bart Starr and Tom Brady for most pass attempts without an interception Favre could of been that kind of QB but he decided to do a risk-reward type of thing, Favre could do what aaron is doing but he decided not too because he likes throwing the deep ball all the time. Packers will go 14-2 this season and then lose to the Lions in the Divsional playoffs Aaron rodgers is going to wear down hes not Brady u know
@TheJewballer I don't know where you got that bullshit stat but Favre is only #3 on the Packers QB list of most consecutive passes without an interception behind Bart Starr and, guess who, AARON RODGERS. So Favre decided to be a shitty passer? That explains so much! Lose to the Lions? LMAO!! Good one! Shouldn't you wait and see if the Lions even make the playoffs first? Won't be easy with that crybaby bitch Suh out the next 2 games. Stafford looked real impressive on Thanksgiving LOL!
@CodenameConundrum112 yeah the Packers will win another championship when rodgers retires. Too bad the season didn't end today then he could get MVP but just watch Brady will catch up and Aaron will get back to relaity with a couple of picks
@TheJewballer Yeah because a QB with 10 interceptions is so close to one that has only 4. Dumbass. It's time you came back to reality. Why not throw some more unproven stats at us? We need another good laugh.
@GreenDay1981 aaron has 5 INTS now when the seasons over he'll have 11 and brady will still have 10 aaron just has so many good wepons so no one drops the passes Last game aaron was so inaccurate causing finely to drop 3 passes two of them were his own fault
@TheJewballer 5 interceptions in 12 games. You somehow think he'll throw 6 in the last 4 games? You are stupid. No one drops passes, huh? I guess you didn't watch last year's Super Bowl. Inaccurate? Finley took the blame for dropping those passes, numbnuts. Jennings dropped 1 in that game too.
@GreenDay1981 you can try to make excuses all you want but you guys have the best reciving corps in the NFL your 4th reciver James Jones has the talent to be a number 1 reciver. Brady only has 2 reliable targets ( Grownkoiski and welker) Rodgers has 5 (Greg jennings,Jordy Nelson who saves aarons ass every time he doesn't want to throw into coverage because he's obsessed with his stas, Driver, and Jones, Finely has only not been relable for one game thats it he would be 5
@TheJewballer Yeah we have the best receiving core because Rodgers makes them that way. His accuracy is off the chart! So Deion Branch and Aaron Hernandez aren't reliable for Brady? He sure throws to them a good bit. Both of them have more receptions than Jones, Finley, and Driver. I bet you didn't know that. I don't make excuses. I point out facts! You make excuses.
@GreenDay1981 the reason aaron's recivers have less receptions is because they make plays after the catch. Tom's recivers beside welker just catch the ball they don't really make plays after which is why they have more recptions they can't break a tackle.Jordy Nelson has more reciving yards than branch and Jermichal finely has more reciving yards than hernadez and james jones is you 4th reciver who has what 400 yards recving edelman only has 27 aaron is just the puppet for green bay
@TheJewballer More excuses. That's all you have. Time to prove you wrong yet again. Branch has 333 yards after catch which is more than what Jennings, Finley, and Jones have. Hernandez has 252 yards after catch which is more than Finley and Jones. Make all the excuses you want. Rodgers is the most accurate QB in the NFL. He would be no matter who his receivers were. You need to get off Favre's dick and open your eyes. Hernandez is Brady's 4th receiver and he has 523 receiving yards
@TheJewballer (continued) and that's with missing 2 games as well. Oh, and Gronkowski has 436 yards after catch which is more than any of the Packers receivers so your so-called theory that no one on the Patriots besides Welker makes plays is incorrect. Grab your umbrella cause it's raining cold hard facts here. Lastly, is your spelling really this horrible? If you can't even spell "receiver" right, you have no business coming to a football video.
@GreenDay1981 again the reason grownk has so many yards is because he's one of Brady's reliable targets. Aaron has so many good receivers he can throw it to whoever he wanted btw look up an artical about Brady and rodgers in the MVP conversation the guy gives you cold hard facts why brady should be MVP not aaron. And it's simple take aaron away from the packers they still make the playoffs take brady away with his horrible Defence and give the reigns to hoyer your 5-11
@TheJewballer You said the only receiver that makes plays is Welker. That the others just catch the ball. I proved that little theory wrong. Wow. Talk about a stupid baseless impossible to prove observation. I'm glad you have no say in who wins the MVP. What makes you think the Packers make the playoffs without Rodgers? The Packers defense give up more points per game than the Patriots, you know. Why not look even dumber and say Tebow deserves to win the MVP?
@GreenDay1981 The thing with aaron was it was never a suprise to me that he didn't win a superbowl I was more suprised that he didn't do it sooner with those guys around him and it took him up to his third year to win a playoff game. The only game I've seen him play where he really took control was the giants game but still Nelson bailed him out a couple of times when he had all day to throw and he didn't want to throw across the middle to throw a pick. Brady plays with midgits as recivers
@TheJewballer You're surprised he didn't do it sooner. That sounds so familiar. I think someone else said that exact thing. Who was it? Oh yeah, JACKASS FAVRE. Who cares how long it took Rodgers to win a playoff game? It's not his fault the defense was shit against the Cardinals. Your so-called arguments are really getting ridiculous. You're as bad as Skip Bayless when it comes to giving Rodgers ANY credit at all. He is better than Favre whether you like it or not.
@GreenDay1981 this is the one thing i hate about you rodgers fans you can't jude a guy who has only been starting for 4 years to a guy who played for 20 years it can't be done. Sadly for your sake though favre is still better favre has 3 MVPs something aaron will only have 1 of since his recivers will get old soon. Also Favre has every QB record and you can't say because of all the years he played he only started 18 seasons one half in his 2nd year and 1 half last year. Favre>Rodgers
@TheJewballer Funny. You seem to be doing that exact thing yourself by mentioning MVPs. Oh, and there is one QB record that Rodgers is gunning for that Favre does not have: single season passing yards. Every QB record? So he has the record for most consecutive games with a rating over 100? How about the record for most consecutive games with at least 2 TD passes? No? Didn't think so. Those belong to RODGERS. He will break Favre's team record for TD passes in a season this Sunday.
Aaron Rodgers throw the ball with higher Accuracy/high velocity than any QB in the game he put the ball into the smallest windows and his back hand shoulder throw is as good as any QB there's no weakness in his game
Hell even made a 3rd string TE look like pro-bowler in the viking games while 2 defenders had great coverage on him he fit that ball into that small window i dont need to talk about the falcons game last year in the regular season.
@Samuelluv11 the talent of the green bay packers is incredible as you say that 3rd string tight end as the talent to be starting. If Rodgers had Brady's defence and Brady's guys he couldn't do it. people don't give brady enough cedit he has to fit the ball perfectly for his small recivers wes welker 5 foot 9 Deion branch 5 foot 9 you know how hard it is to throw it to someone that small when the corners are taller than them. I play QB i know I love tall recivers aaron is a lucky guy
@TheJewballer Again your not paying attention to his skill set your just giving all the credit to the recievers.Yes they are the best WR corp in the nfl but he can make any throw, Aaron Rodgers can just improve about any team rodgers can hit the back hand shoulder throw and thread the needle at the same time then why can't he do the same thing with the patriots recievers.
@TheJewballer That "talent" was dropping passes left and right against the Chiefs. Green Bay's defense is right next to New England's so that is no excuse. If you don't think Rodgers can thread the needle to receivers, you obviously didn't watch the Super Bowl or any games this season. I love how you left out the fact that Gronkowski is 6 foot 6 which is taller than any of our receivers. Do you really think 2 inches makes that much of a difference?
@GreenDay1981 grnk proves my point imagine if brady had 5 tall recivers on the field imagine how good he would be better than rodgers ever dreamed of being. Rodgers is already at his peak because you can't possibly get better recivers than the ones he has now. Btw your tight end finely is 6 foot 5 he's pretty good isn't he you saw that adjusment he made last week when aaron threw a horrible pass. Brady has worse recivers by a mile than aaron and somehow brady beats the cheifs and aaron doesn't.
@TheJewballer You are hopeless. Your tightend Gronkowski is 6-6 so I don't know where you are going with that. Brady has worse receivers yet he somehow has more passing yards? And somehow Rodgers beats the Giants and Brady doesn't. If you have a valid argument in you, you better break it out because you are hanging by a thread here.
@GreenDay1981 ok fine the packers lose greg jennings their star reciver but you think aaron makes his recivers so he should have no problem facing a horrible cheifs team well he loses. This shows you how much aaron relies on his recivers. He's nothing without them. Brady won 3 rings with Troy Brown, David Givines, Patten, R.j Redmond and Kyle Brady. I'll like to see aaron get 3 rings with those guys.
@TheJewballer The Packers didn't have Jennings against the Bears either and he threw 5 TD passes so suck on that! Oh did you forget Deion Branch? You know, the guy who was MVP of the 3rd Super Bowl title and played in the 2nd Super Bowl? It was a joke that Brady even won the MVP of that 1st Super Bowl since he only had 145 passing yards and 1 TD. Ty Law should have won it for his pick-6 or Vinatieri for kicking the game-winning field goal. Brady didn't earn that first one.
@GreenDay1981 oh branch wow what a threat I'm so scared he's a 0 time pro bowler so it doesn't matter. Brady got the MVP because he led them down the field so calm like into field goal range with no timeouts. They're were impressed on how he didn't choke because of the pressure like Peyton does. And branch being superbowl mvp is a joke I laugh whenever I hear it they jsut gave it to him so brady didn't have 3 superbowl MVP's he had 100 yards reciving and no touchdowns....MVP??? nope
@TheJewballer Who cares if he never went to the Pro Bowl? Nelson, Jones, and Finley aren't pro bowlers either. Funny how you call 133 receiving yards in a game not worthy of MVP yet you think 145 passing yards is. LMAO!! Brady had a minute and a half left and picked up 58 yards in 9 plays to set up the field goal. Yeah that sounds difficult.
@GreenDay1981 it was with no tiemouts the coach had confidence in Brady to lead them down the field with no wepons at all. J.R Redmond at runningback and David Givens as your main target you don't even know who those guys are. What about Joe Namath he threw for what 200 yards and no touchdowns and was MVP at least Brady threw a touchdown pass. Superbowl MVP doesn't mean anything but all of you packer fans think it's more important than the actual leauge MVP it's one game that's it.
@TheJewballer Namath should not have won the MVP in that Super Bowl. It should have gone to Matt Snell who had 121 rushing yards and scored their only touchdown. Actually, Super Bowl MVP is more important because if a player on your team wins it, it usually means they WON THE SUPER BOWL. Isn't that the ultimate goal? I'm glad you are happy with only being regular season good. If Rodgers wins the regular season MVP, great! We'll be happy for him but we still want a Super Bowl.
@GreenDay1981 Trust me and I'll be real with you on this Aaron Rodgers will never win another superbowl, he's not that kind of QB when if one of his recivers goes down he plays the same way but he doesn't. He had offensive struggles with the cheifs when they lost jennings. Tom Brady is the best QB in the NFL without a doubt Brees is a passaholic who throws the ball 60 times a game. People don't give brady enough respect for the guys he played with 2 rookie tight ends in 2010 went 14-2
@TheJewballer You mean like how he lost Driver early in the Super Bowl last season yet still won it? Did he have offensive struggles against the Bears without Jennings? I didn't think so. He threw 5 TD passes in that game. You don't give Rodgers enough credit. He won 6 straight elimination games last season to get to the Super Bowl and had to do it without any real running game to work with. Has Brady ever faced that challenge? The Patriots had a running game in 2010.
@TheJewballer Another thing about that game with the Chiefs. Rodgers was victimized by dropped passes from his receivers. They dropped 6 in the first half alone! Finley even took the blame for the loss.
@Samuelluv11 I am amazed by drew brees accuracy every day same with rodgers but accuracy doesn't win games. Look t Chad Pennington he's the most accurate QB of all time but even he sucks. Tom Brady all day I admit you can put the gronk on any team he'll be great put welker on any team and he'll only be good with new england brady makes him he was only good with brady jenning, nelson, jones, driver they can be good anyway I also think Brady could make finely better maybe brees could too.
@Amarqq39 would you call throwing a 5 yard slant and let the reciver go 60 yards accuracy I know I wouldn't. Brett throws the ball up for his reciver to make the play because of the confidence he has in his guys when they don't catch the ball that falls on Brett's stat sheet. But he doesn't care because he's a team player. Aaron is obsessed with his stats and would rather take a sack on 3rd and 10 then throw the ball deep when he's on his own 20. Rodgers choked last game maybe he is a system QB.
@TheJewballer And what has that "confidence" gotten him other than the NFL record for interceptions? Favre a team player? Yeah right. One of his own former teammates Mark Chmura said he is selfish. Did you really just say Rodgers is obsessed with his stats? You're on here defending a guy who threw the ball 657 times and you say RODGERS is obsessed with his stats? Are you saying Brees never throws any short passes that his receivers make long runs on? No screen passes or anything?
@TheJewballer (continued) If Rodgers choked, what do you call what Brees did? It's not Rodgers's fault that his receivers dropped 6 easy passes, his teammates kept fumbling the ball, and the Packers defensive secondary sucks.
@TheJewballer One more thing. You contradicted yourself. You said Rodgers is obsessed with his own stats yet you complain that he doesn't throw the ball deep? That makes no sense. If you don't think Rodgers throws deep, you obviously haven't watched any Packers games.
@GreenDay1981 he doesn't throw the ball deep because he doesn't want to throw picks and he can just do a 6 yeard slant and let his recivers get all of the yeards for him.
@TheJewballer Again, you obviously haven't watched any Packers games. Rodgers had more 40+ yard passes than Brees and he had 155 fewer pass attempts so shove your baseless theories up your ass.
@GreenDay1981 those aren't 40 yard passes their a 7 yard pass and the recivers makes a man miss and than goes 40 yards on his own let's see rodgers throw a 99 yard tocuhdown Brady did it well 99 and one half to be exact.
@TheJewballer Idiot. No QB can throw the ball 99 yards. Dumbass. Again, you haven't watched Rodgers. Otherwise you would know he throws a lot of deep passes. You don't know shit. Why don't you look up which team has the most yards after catch? I bet you won't. You're obviously too lazy to look anything up.
@TheJewballer Let me put your sorry ass to shame again. That so-called 99 yard pass you said Brady made was to Welker who caught it at the 17 and ran the rest of the 82 yards. Nice try, dipshit. 3 of the top 10 leaders in yards after catch are Patriots players. Welker is 1st, Gronkowski is 4th, and Hernandez is 9th. Nearest Packers player? Nelson (21st) then Jennings (51st), Jones (59th), Starks (61st), Grant (63rd), and Finley (76th). Yeah who has the better receivers now?
@GreenDay1981 You're truly an idiot Aaron rodgers spreads the ball out so the total doesn't add up if you combine welker,Hernadez, and Gronks reciving total you're at about 3,200 yards that's incredible when it really involves one reciver. The welker pass was incredible the accuracy brady needed to get the ball over the defenders head and into welkers hands which was a bullet it wasn't a pop fly like rodgers does, and btw brady is about to win his 4th super bowl and 3rd superbowl MVP
@TheJewballer That's your newest excuse? How lame! Oh so now you're talking about accuracy? You tried to claim Brady actually threw the ball 99 yards. Don't change your argument now. I am a Packers fan so I obviously know Rodgers better than you. You don't know what you're talking about. Go watch the video "Aaron Rodgers - My Time" if you're not scared of the truth. Brady got lucky today. He played like shit.
@GreenDay1981 played like shit? no his recivers did. He trusted them and they blew it he gave Matt Slater an opprtunity to be a hero and he blew it and then threw the ball to welker went right off his hands and was picked. Brady just relized something today it's just him and Gronk vs the giants. Brady knew the only way he would win this game is by trusting himself and he had a rushing touchdown. Not everyone has great recivers like the packers and Aaron still lost at least brady isn't cocky.
@TheJewballer You are a walking hypocrite. Even the announcers said Brady was off. Rodgers played better in his loss than Brady did yesterday. Yeah, a rushing touchdown from the 1/2 yard line. How impressive. It's pathetic that they didn't punch it in the play before from the 1/2 yard line. When Brady is off, it's always the receivers fault but Green Bay's receivers never do any wrong in your eyes. I guess those 6 dropped easy passes never happened?
@TheJewballer And Patriots receivers, tightends, and runningbacks have more yards after catch than the Packers. Brady isn't cocky? Shit. He tried to fight his own offensive coordinator! The guy thinks he's God's gift to football and can't stand anyone else telling him what to do. He's an arrogant cocky asshole. So Patriots receivers let Brady down (were there even any dropped passes?), but the Packers receivers didn't let Rodgers down?
@GreenDay1981 Aaron rodgers said his team was the best in the NFL, if that's not cocky I don't know what is. Bill Obrien is a no name offfensive corridnator and if it wasn't for the fight he wouldn't be the new head coach for penn state. Brady knows he's a nobody Brady makes his whole team He won 3 rings with people like David Given,R.J Redmond,Troy Brown, and Deion branch who sucked with seattle and was only good with brady brady makes his recivers unlike rodgers system QB Matt flynn
@TheJewballer Brady once told the Patriots owner, "I'm the best decision this organization has ever made." If that doesn't say "I'm full of myself" then what does? He's an arrogant prick. Do you really think Penn State went after O'Brien just because he got into it with Tom Brady? I refuse to believe you are this stupid. Brady's 1st ring was tainted. He should have lost to the Raiders that year. In 03, the Patriots had the top defense in the NFL. In 04, it was the 4th best.
@TheJewballer (continued) Face facts. Brady road the coat tails of his defense to those Super Bowls. Shit, he won MVP of the 1st Super Bowl even though he only had 145 passing yards and 1 TD. What does that tell you? If Rodgers is a system QB, then so is Brady. Two words: Matt Cassell. Idiot. You can't even answer my questions. Probably because you have no answers. Just excuses. The Patriots went 11-5 without Brady in 08. He's a system QB.
@GreenDay1981 that would work gret in all but cassle had 5 years behind Brady Brady taught him everything he knew and it showed have you seen him lately he lead to the cheifs to the playoffs. But Flynn on the other hand broke records that aaron could only dream of what was it 480 passing yards 6 touchdowns? With the superbowl MVP it tells me that Brady had a pretty awful team minus the D he has no wepons if you look at his superbowl offense every player is out of the leauge except for branch.
@TheJewballer First off all, Cassel was only with the Patriots from 05 to 08. That's 4 seasons, retard. Secondly, you are a hypocrite who can't make an argument without having a double standard. Flynn spent 4 years behind Rodgers. Rodgers taught him everything he knows and it showed in that game against the Lions. It's no different from what you said. You say Rodgers is great because of his receivers, yet you play up Matt Flynn as a great QB yet he had those same receivers. You make no sense.
@GreenDay1981 you're such an idiot the packers benched their starters like jennings for the playoffs. Imagine your top reciver not playing if he was playing Flynn would of gone past 500 and had 7 TD Here's the thing though you can think what you want about aaron being good and hey he's the 4th best in the leauge today Brady,Manning,Brees, but Brady is about to become the best of all time after this superbowl your a hater so you can believe what you want but Brady's the best and always will be.
@TheJewballer Jennings was hurt, you moron. He missed the Chiefs game and the Bears game too. What other starter did the Packers bench in Flynn's game? Brady is an overrated, arrogant asshole. He's like Roethlisberger. He needs his defense to bail his ass out when he plays like shit. I don't give a shit if Brady wins the Super Bowl this year or not. He's still overrated. Matt Cassel proved that. He's never had to win 3 road playoff games to get to the Super Bowl. Rodgers has.
@GreenDay1981 Tom Brady overrated dude you're so stupid. Brady has the highest winning percentage out of any QB ever to play the game after 100 starts. If you give Brady an elite reciver like Jennings he'll go undefeated like with Moss. Brady has made recivers like welker and Branch and has made up for his horrible defensive play. Tell Rodgers to try to win 3 superbowls with no probowlers on offense. If Rodgers was actually as good as brady he would be in the superbowl but he isn't.
@TheJewballer Wins don't mean shit. What was Tebow's record this season? It was decent. Doesn't mean he's that good of a QB. If Rodgers had a defense like the Patriots had in 03 and 04, he would have 3 Super Bowl titles by now. You just keep up your double standard. Jennings and Driver have both said Rodgers is better than Favre. So does that mean last season Rodgers was better than Brady because he was in the Super Bowl and Brady wasn't? I know you'll have a double standard answer for that.
@GreenDay1981 I said after 100 starts Tim Tebow has only started 14 games(counting last year) and is 8-6 which isn't good compared to Brady. Have a good defence isn't key to sucess Rodgers was really only supose to have 6 points that giants game because of the fumble that wasn't ruled a fumble and I think it was offensive pass interfernce on the other. You have to put up pints 6 won't win games. Brady is better in the playoffs than rodgers this season rodgers was better than Brady.
@TheJewballer I don't care if it's after 100 games or 1,000 games. Do you really think Brady played well in all of those 100 games? He didn't. Just like Sunday, he played like shit yet the Patriots still won. The Packers lost to Arizona in the playoffs in 09, but Rodgers still had a hell of a game. His D let him down. Wins mean nothing! They are misleading. The 49ers finished with the same record as the Patriots. Does that mean Alex Smith was equally as good as Brady this season?
@GreenDay1981 The 49ers have a great D so it's obvious that smith isn't the real deal. And if you look at Brady's games they're are very few games where he played bad and won he is the whole team basically. Go through his games that he won i can't find one bad game. And what was the defence suppose to do they were facing future hall of famers Kurt Warner and Larry Fitzgerald you think they could stop that duo. Aaron fumbled at the end of the game he blew it for them as I remember.
@TheJewballer Another double standard. The Patriots had a great D in 03 and 04, yet you would be the first to say Brady was responsible for those Super Bowl titles. I consider a rating below 70 to be a bad game. I looked through all of Brady's game logs and found that the Patriots won 16 games when Brady had a rating below 70 in the game. That fumble against the Cardinals should never have happened considering there was a blatant facemask on that play that wasn't called. Not Rodgers's fault.
@GreenDay1981 ok so what that's still only 8 percent of his games and their are plenty of game where he has q QB rating of 80 plus and he loses. Some people never have bad QB rating because they don't take chances (Rodgers) Brady likes taking chances because you can't win games by letting your recivers do all of the work. I'd like to see rodgers play with midgits as recivers which brady does, they're harder to find and you need accuracy to get them there rodgers has these big tall targets
@TheJewballer That's not the point. You said you couldn't find any games that Brady player poorly in that the Patriots still won. You obviously were too lazy to look. You know absolutely nothing about Rodgers. Again, I'm a Packers fan so don't try telling me anything about Rodgers because I know him more than you do. Midget receivers? Just shut the fuck up right now. You are an embarassment. All you do is make excuses. Most of which are complete bullshit.
@GreenDay1981 when the db's are taller than the recivers their harder to find let's go over the heights of the patriots top 3 recivers Wes Welker:5 foot 9 Deion Branch 5 foot 10 Julian Edelman:5 foot 10 Now the packers Greg Jennings: 5 foot 11(every inch makes it easier) Jordy Nelson:6 foot 3 (imagine having a tall target like that) Donald Driver: 6 feet James Jones:6 foot 1. Rodgers would struggle int he patriots system they would double team gronk because he can't hit any of the small guys.
@TheJewballer I love how you "conveniently" left out the fact that Gronkowski is 6-6. Either way, your so-called argument is pathetic. You left out Hernandez too. Let me guess, he's over 6-foot as well? Idiot. Just take a hammer to your computer right now and leave the football talk to those of us who know what we're talking about and don't use pathetic excuses.
@GreenDay1981 imagine if Brady had 6 people with the height of gronk he would be unstopble give him one elite reciver like Moss he goes 18-0 give him crappy recivers like in 2006 heill still go to the playoffs and let me name you his recivers that year Troy Brown, Reche Caldwell, erik davis,Keron henry,Michael mcgrew,Rich Munsinki,Matt Shelton, John stone ever heard of those guys besides troy brown I doubt it Brady made it to the playoffs with nobodys aarons needs all stars for a one and done
@TheJewballer You don't know when to shut up, do you? You just keep wanting to make yourself look dumber and dumber. Yeah I'm sure those 3 inches make such a difference. Idiot. We're not talking about your impotentcy issues here.
@GreenDay1981 have you ignored my whole argument on how brady plays with nobodies but he stills win whatever I'll say it again Brady went 12-4 with these guys as recivers just imagine Troy Brown, Reche Caldwell, erik davis,Keron henry,Michael mcgrew,Rich Munsinki,Matt Shelton, John stone ever heard of those guys besides troy brown I doubt it Brady made it to the playoffs with nobodys aarons needs all stars for a one and done postseason. This is just a fact that brady makes his recivers
@TheJewballer You dont watch much packers games do you????
last year vs the falcons in the playoffs rodgers probably had best playoff performance by a QB, i wasn't impress by Tom Brady in that game didn't even have to throw under pressure he pretty much had all day against the broncos im not that impress;but on the other hand rodgers he had to use his mobility to get away from LB's,CB''s,DE's then throw accurate out of the pocket into tight coverage and had success throwing them darc's
@TheJewballer The packers oganization does a great job drafting good QB's from hassleback, mark burnell, flynn, aaron brooks and we know the others ones then they develop there talent, brady never even threw a 99 yard pass like greenDay said he thew on the 17 yard line and took off running and his longest throw is probably 65 yards while rodgers is around 68 yards
@TheJewballer Yea keep bringing up flynn the lions lacked defense and film on mat anybody can have these kinda games where QB's have a hot hand just like rex grossman, yet is one of the worst qb's he had field day against the cowboys with 4 td's and 340 something yards with no oline or no good wideouts if he had brady or brees o line he's going get them same kinda numbers flynn had it tells you that cowboys have a bad defense and didn't have a game plan for the opposing QB
@Samuelluv11 He has trouble understanding simple facts. He would rather ramble incoherently and look like an idiot than actually make a valid point. I've made him look bad so many times, it's starting to become boring. Makes me think Youtube should force people to take an IQ test when they want to make an account. It would reduce the number of dumbass commenters like him.
@TheJewballer You said a week age that you are amazed at Brees's accuracy and said throwing short passes isn't considered accurate to you. Well, guess who was 2nd in the NFL in yards after catch. That would be Darren Sproles, the Saints's RUNNINGBACK. A runningback isn't a receiver unless the play is a screen pass. Those are short passes, are they not?
@TheJewballer Oh and here's an excert from an article about the game: "On a first-and-10 pass across the middle, Rodgers' pass hit Finley directly off the No. 88 on his jersey in blooper fashion. Two plays later - deep, down the middle - Finley let another precise Rodgers pass slip through his grasp." Key word: PRECISE. You need to pay attention.
@GreenDay1981 buy urself sum cleats and pads and helmet and play for 20 years and break as many receords as u possibly can at ur position. then come talk to me about wat he did wrong.
@williejenkins666 Dumbfuck Favre dicksuckers get on my nerves. Yeah he'll get inducted into the Packers Hall Of Fame and NFL Hall Of Fame but so fucking what? So will Rodgers eventually. Enjoy watching Rodgers break one of Favre's team records this coming Sunday as well as another NFL record.
@GreenDay1981 You are a deranged moron filled with hate. I remember the Packers before Favre was on the team built by Ron Wolf.
Your stupid hatred is just going to burn you one day again and again. Seriously, you're a fucking idiot. Emperor Palpatine would be proud of you, dickhead.
I have no problems with Rodgers breaking Favres records, jackass... That only shows the kind of deranged thinking you have to assume such a thing. You're a serious dickhead.
@williejenkins666 Yeah I know right? I mean people like him can't just accept that they are borth great QBS. Now a lot of Packer fans are starting to save Favre wasn't as good as they made him out to be. BS they are only saying this because he left to go play for the Vikings
@enjoyitbro Well for one thing he isnt that good compared to Rodgers. And if you knew how much the Vikings and Packers hate each other, youd realize why we hate him.
Humble guy; wouldn't be able to decide between him and Favre
MrAllday17 1 week ago
As far as Rodgers never taking any chances (which is ridiculously untrue), as long as he leads the team to wins, I could not care less. The guy is a beast. That's why he won MVP. Favre never had the kind of season Rodgers just had. The guy has only 4 starting seasons under his belt and he's already Hall Of Fame worthy. How many QBs have looked this great after their first 4 seasons?
GreenDay1981 2 weeks ago
@GreenDay1981 Tom Brady is the obvious answer. 3 superbowls in 4 starting seasons, something you'll never here about anyone else ever.
EpicClutchFTW 1 week ago
@EpicClutchFTW The 1st Super Bowl should never have happened because the Raiders had the Patriots beat. The refs helped the Patriots win. It's obvious the Patriots can't win a Super Bowl honestly. They have to cheat in some way. They will always be known for Spygate.
GreenDay1981 6 days ago
Aaron rodgers with receivers like welker who is the best slot receiver of all time and with that patriots O-Line thats set up for greatness because rodger is a better passer than tom brady and he can keep plays alive simple as that
Samuelluv11 4 weeks ago
@Samuelluv11 Aaron rodgers doesn't have the skill set to find 5 foot 9 recivers like wes welker and Deion branch only Brady can do that aaron rodgers has to learn that's why all of his recivers are so tall.
TheJewballer 4 weeks ago

GreenDay1981 2 months ago
@GreenDay1981
I have to agree, those receivers really deserve a lot of credit for their outstanding play this year, but remember the beginning of last year (or was it the year before) when we were plagued by drops and some overthrows/confused routes? I think Rodgers has as much a hand in making that entire receiving corps stars as they have had in making him an MVP quarterback.
youR3tard 2 months ago
@youR3tard I couldn't agree more. I remember Driver saying he likes playing with Rodgers more than he did with Favre. He wouldn't say that if Rodgers had no ability. I think all the Favre lovers are just bitter because they were hoping the Packers would suck once Favre left. I bet them watching Rodgers win the SB and be MVP of that SB made their vaginas hurt. I am loving this! No way the Pack would be 13-0 if Favre was still here. He would have at least choked away the Giants game.
GreenDay1981 2 months ago
rodgers and brette are very players. rodgers has a chance to equal brette in many ways, but brette had some poor teams in the mid career.
bimini121663 2 months ago

Injuries derailed bears
shinygraphix 2 months ago

@thelastProphet3- you don't know shit bout favre or the packers I'll admit he was an amazing qb but he killed his own career and he WAS TH BIGGEST ASS EVER BY FAR THE RUDEST PERSON EVER VERY FUCKIN AROGANT, AND AS FOR YOU TO SAY BRADYS THE BESTYOUR WRONG HE'S VERY INCONSISTANT AND AARON IS THE DEFINITION OF PERCISION
greenngold1000 2 months ago
Rodgers is a little cry baby bitch Brett favre has always and will always be the best Brady is easily the best in the nfl today. Rodgers just acts like a good guy around the cameras because he is winning he would be the first to blame everyone else when they lose this years superbowl they are lucky they play in the weak ass nfc they would not make the superbowl in the afc!
TheLostProphet3 2 months ago

GreenDay1981 2 months ago
Well that was b/c Bledsoe sucked. He was good at one point, but he was def on the decline when leaving NE.
CodenameConundrum112 2 months ago
@greenday1981 you can't expect a 38 to 41 yr old qb to NOT throw picks come on now.
3085724 3 months ago
@3085724 Favre was throwing a shitload of interceptions early in his career too, retard. Make all the excuses you want. Rodgers is better. Favre taught Rodgers NOTHING. The asshole didn't even call Rodgers up to congratulate him for winning the Super Bowl! Pretty damn good? So throwing 19TD's and 24 INT's in his second season as a starter is good? What were Rodgers's numbers in his second season as a starter? Sure as hell not that bad. You don't sound like much of a Packers fan.
GreenDay1981 2 months ago
@greenday1981 why is rodgers good? because hes deep in his prime and hes fucking 27 yrs old dumbass of course hes gonna be explosive. you dont fucking compare a guy whos 27 to a guy whos 41. rodgers was taught by favre for 3 yrs before he took over as starter, favre immediately took over the yr he joined GB after majkowski. and favre played pretty damn good, maybe not as good as rodgers but like I said rodgers was taught for 3yrs, favre wasnt taught by anybody. but favre played pretty damn good
3085724 3 months ago
Rodgers is much better than Brett Favre
AgrivatedKillah 3 months ago
i respect everything favre has done and also respect rodgers. i dont understand the haters especially packer fans. favre took a team who hadnt one a playoff game in over a decade and made them into the modern packers and now rodgers inherits a good team and picks up where favre left off and hopefully turns them into a dynasty, it really is a great situation for the packers and for both players regardless of who ends up with more records or rings. bottom line is true packer fans love them both
drumr4life509 3 months ago
@drumr4life509 There are hard feelings because Favre basically pissed all over his legacy in Green Bay and pissed all over the fans' good will and he did it just to spite Ted Thompson. It was childish, petty, and egotistical on his part. We fans love our Packers, but if you pull an ego trip, they will call you on it. The atmosphere in Wisconsin towards the Packers is a lot like the attachment a town has to a college or high school team, so that's why there was such hard feelings over this.
msannomalley 3 months ago
Any true packer fan would know and expect that Aaron standing behind and learning from Brett Favre better be a Flippin awesome player. If he would not be he was not watching and learning. Aaron won the Fucking lottery of Teachers and Coaches. Imagine any Man that would stay that long with a team when he could have left and gone somewhere else?? NO he stayed and learned from the best !!! He has the position and knowledge because he wanted to learn from the BEST- BRETT FAVRE
APRIL2719621 3 months ago
@APRIL2719621 You are so clueless. If Rodgers took after Favre, he would have double digit interceptions every season and the Packers would not be undefeated right now.

MrDaniel7734 3 months ago
@greenday1981 man you hate favre dont you? yeah rodgers is good but you should fucking appreciate his leadership and sportsmanship for his 16 yrs as a packer. as a ive watched the packers for 30 yrs and i've always had fun watching favre, of course ive had lots of fun watching rodgers too he is pretty good also. but if your going to talk shit about favre, your a disgrace to the packer nation.
3085724 3 months ago

I have no problem with favre taking those gambles as long as they were calculated risks but alot of those plays were just dumb and no way could they have ended well for Green Bay.
skins189lbs 3 months ago 3
@skins189lbs Exactly. Thank you! I'm sick of people giving Favre more credit than he truly deserves. They even tried to say he turned the Packers team around when he joined, even though the Pack finished with the same record his first 2 seasons with them as they did the year before he joined. Rodgers will be better. When was the last time a QB had a rating over 100 in each of the first 8 games of the season? Favre sure as hell couldn't do that.
GreenDay1981 3 months ago
@GreenDay1981 for sure dude. you make a good point
skins189lbs 1 month ago
I love how bitter we Packer fans are about Favre. We never want to give him any credit. However, he is what he is. He was great and like Roger's said you can learn from anybody. He probably did learn what to do, and what not to do. He also has worked very hard on his own, to become the amazing quarterback he is. As much as it pains, and I mean PAINs, me to say it. We were very lucky to have those years with Favre, it was fun to watch him and have him a part of our team. I LOVE RODGERS!
brennaag 3 months ago
Wanna know how Favre impacted Rodgers's career? Rodgers just watched Favre play and took notes on what NOT TO DO.
Rodgers > Favre
GreenDay1981 4 months ago 4
@GreenDay1981 Oh please he learned a lot of positive things watching Favre handle the game.
enjoyitbro 3 months ago
@enjoyitbro If that were true, Rodgers would have 15 interceptions right now. Favre taught him nothing but I'm glad he didn't. Now old man Favre can watch his predecessor have a better career than him.
GreenDay1981 3 months ago
@GreenDay1981 Towards the end of the clip Rodgers even talks about a few specific lessons he learned from Favre. Some QBS waiting to play just dick around and not pay attention. However, Rodgers picked up a lot of valuable things from studying Favre. And Rodgers has a lot of Favre like tendencies. And enough with the interceptions Favre had more wins TDS and passing yards than any other QB too.
enjoyitbro 3 months ago
@enjoyitbro Of course Favre has the most wins, TD's, and passing yards. Look how many games he played. Besides, wins are a TEAM effort. I very much doubt Favre played well in every one of those wins. Also, if Peyton Manning stays healthy, he will break that record in 4 or 5 years if not sooner. What Favre-like tendencies does Rodgers have? Rodgers already has 2 seasons where he finished with a QB rating over 100 and is on his way to a 3rd. How many times did Favre do that? Once.
GreenDay1981 3 months ago
@GreenDay1981 Oh you know for a fact that many of those years Favre didn't have a lot of great talent around him. He still managed to take the team to victory. I'm talking about the lessons of how to control the game how to move around the pocket and what have you. If we are to compare who was the best overall QB I would have to say arm strengh and mobility would go to favre, and accuracy would go to Aaron
enjoyitbro 3 months ago
@enjoyitbro You are no Packer fan. If you were, you would know that Aaron has much better mobility outside the pocket, Favre was way to slow when he played. As for arm strength goes, they are about equal, but Rodgers accuracy puts him up higher cause he is deadly accurate. In the new Sports Illustrated that just came out, they discuss how Rodgers got better. Not all of it came from watching Favre, but from his practice time in scoutteam practices. He practiced things he wouldnt normally try there
brookie744 3 months ago
@enjoyitbro Dude, Rodgers brought home a Super Bowl win despite having essentially no running game since Grant got hurt in the season opener and losing Woodson and Driver in the Super Bowl. Also, how many people even picked the Packers to get to the playoffs much less win the Super Bowl at the midway point of the season? Rodgers brought this team back from the grave last season. Oh, and who won the Super Bowl MVP? That would be Rodgers.
GreenDay1981 3 months ago
@GreenDay1981 lol peyton out for season now. hopefully retires as well
tjohnson161 3 months ago
@tjohnson161 Peyton is not going to retire just because he missed 1 season. Brady missed pretty much a whole season before and he didn't retire.
GreenDay1981 3 months ago
@GreenDay1981 well no shit sherlock ill just be happy when the day come. Also Rodger has a more talented team overall then Favre ever had in GB. also rules are different now then they are today. then favre would get crushed high or low. defenders could hit defenseless WRs. now u cant hit a qb below the waist basically or hit em high, hit only i the chest or gut. dont get me wrong Rodgers very talented. but you put favre in todays game at rodgers age n he will b just as good a rodgers or better.
tjohnson161 3 months ago
@tjohnson161 I disagree. Rodgers has only thrown 3 interceptions all season and 2 of those weren't even his fault. They were ones that the receivers should have caught but got deflected into the opponent's arms. Rodgers is not careless. He has way better instincts than Favre ever had and his accuracy is off the chart! What exactly makes this team more talented than the ones Favre had? A lot of the players on the team now are ones that Favre played with too. Rodgers is the reason they are better.
GreenDay1981 3 months ago
@GreenDay1981 Totally agree! I just saw his QB rating after last night's game. It's now at 130!! 130!!! Only 3 INT's too! 2 were deflected, and 1 was from Brian Urlacher, but of course we're talking Urlacher here.
powerpro4 3 months ago
@powerpro4 Yeah. Defenses no longer smile when they have to play the Packers. They know they won't get easy interceptions like they did with Favre at the helm. It's sad how some people are in so much denial about Rodgers being better than Favre that they will make up any excuse they can as to why he's doing so well. There's a reason he won Super Bowl MVP despite losing Driver early and having his receivers drop several easy passes. He is that damn good.
GreenDay1981 3 months ago
@GreenDay1981 #4 had sterling sharp n Donald driver most his career and that all the weapons he had most his career. until his last couple seasons in GB. but im not taking away frm #12 amazing yr and hes had an amazing start since he got the starting job. i dont think they will go 19-0 but i bet they at least go back to SB n Rodgers gets MVP.
tjohnson161 3 months ago
@tjohnson161 Favre did play in todays game you dumbass did you forget about the 2 years in minnesota?2009 and 2010..one of which he was a top qb and one where he bottomed out...quit making excuses...players till hit the same as they did in the 90 they just get penalized more for certain hits...quit making excuses asshole.
duckjockey10 3 months ago
@duckjockey10 i mean came out of the draft ya dumbass so who knws he could of put up # like Rodgers from the get go. also they get penalized for more hits now so unless its ray lewis or james harrison they wont take certain chance also nfl favors the qb lot more then it did before recent. so if #12 becomes greater then #4 thats great, especially for GB. like saying you can compare qbs from today to the 70s when there was really no rule against bumping WR all over the field b4 the ball was in air
tjohnson161 3 months ago
@GreenDay1981 what i don't get with you guys is your die hard packer fans and you hate brett favre. I know favre when to your rivals the vikings, But so what I'm a pats fan and when Bledso went to the Bills and beat the Pats I was fine with it since I had deep respect for the guy. Favre will have all of the football records for years to come maybe aaron is the smarter QB but you must respect what favre did for your organization.
TheJewballer 3 months ago
@TheJewballer Are the Bills your biggest rival? I would say the Jets are your biggest rival. Also, Considering Bledsoe went 5-11 in his last full season with the Patriots, I doubt it was exactly heartbreaking to lose him especially when Brady took over the next season when Bledsoe got hurt and you guys won 11 games behind him. You act like Favre brought us multiple Super Bowl titles. He didn't. He brought 1 out of 11 chances. Favre would have gone to the Bears if they had an opening.
GreenDay1981 3 months ago
@GreenDay1981 Favre got you guys to the playoffs almost every single time you packer fans show no respect for the guy you know their are people who rude for teams like the browns, dolphins, and cardnails who would love it if they're team went to the playoffs almost every year. Favre is going to the Hall of fame and trust me you really think aaron rodgers is ever going to have 3 MVPs like favre did he might even if he wins this year when his recivers get old he's scrwed.
TheJewballer 3 months ago
@TheJewballer Yeah, and got us out of the playoffs almost every single time too. Somehow I doubt the fans of those teams would be so happy about going to the playoffs that many times if they don't get more than 1 Super Bowl title out of it. I'm a Braves fan and at one point they won the division 14 straight times. How many World Series titles did they win in that span? One! That hardly makes reaching the playoffs that many times acceptable. You just don't understand.
GreenDay1981 3 months ago
@GreenDay1981 look at Peyton manning he only has 1 superbowl and has a 9-10 postseason record do you doubt him too. Well it's too bad because when rodgers retires i gurantee you that he will still only have 1 ring he's a system qb favre was a gunslinger that's why he threw so many picks.
TheJewballer 3 months ago
@TheJewballer Yes I do doubt Manning too. Rodgers isn't a gunslinger? Did you not see the pass he made to James Jones on Thanksgiving? If that was Favre, it would have been picked off. He already has an NFL record that Favre never achieved: consecutive games with a 100+ QB rating. That streak is still going too. Rodgers will also likely finish with more TD passes this season than Favre ever had with any team. That is unless you think Rodgers won't throw at least 7 TD passes in the next 5 games.
GreenDay1981 2 months ago
@GreenDay1981 Again Brett favre is number 3 on the list behind Bart Starr and Tom Brady for most pass attempts without an interception Favre could of been that kind of QB but he decided to do a risk-reward type of thing, Favre could do what aaron is doing but he decided not too because he likes throwing the deep ball all the time. Packers will go 14-2 this season and then lose to the Lions in the Divsional playoffs Aaron rodgers is going to wear down hes not Brady u know
TheJewballer 2 months ago
@TheJewballer I don't know where you got that bullshit stat but Favre is only #3 on the Packers QB list of most consecutive passes without an interception behind Bart Starr and, guess who, AARON RODGERS. So Favre decided to be a shitty passer? That explains so much! Lose to the Lions? LMAO!! Good one! Shouldn't you wait and see if the Lions even make the playoffs first? Won't be easy with that crybaby bitch Suh out the next 2 games. Stafford looked real impressive on Thanksgiving LOL!
GreenDay1981 2 months ago
No, what's probably to happen is that the Packers will win another championship, and the Lions probably won't make the play offs.
CodenameConundrum112 2 months ago
@CodenameConundrum112 yeah the Packers will win another championship when rodgers retires. Too bad the season didn't end today then he could get MVP but just watch Brady will catch up and Aaron will get back to relaity with a couple of picks
TheJewballer 2 months ago
@TheJewballer Yeah because a QB with 10 interceptions is so close to one that has only 4. Dumbass. It's time you came back to reality. Why not throw some more unproven stats at us? We need another good laugh.
GreenDay1981 2 months ago
@GreenDay1981 aaron has 5 INTS now when the seasons over he'll have 11 and brady will still have 10 aaron just has so many good wepons so no one drops the passes Last game aaron was so inaccurate causing finely to drop 3 passes two of them were his own fault
TheJewballer 2 months ago
@TheJewballer 5 interceptions in 12 games. You somehow think he'll throw 6 in the last 4 games? You are stupid. No one drops passes, huh? I guess you didn't watch last year's Super Bowl. Inaccurate? Finley took the blame for dropping those passes, numbnuts. Jennings dropped 1 in that game too.
GreenDay1981 2 months ago
@GreenDay1981 you can try to make excuses all you want but you guys have the best reciving corps in the NFL your 4th reciver James Jones has the talent to be a number 1 reciver. Brady only has 2 reliable targets ( Grownkoiski and welker) Rodgers has 5 (Greg jennings,Jordy Nelson who saves aarons ass every time he doesn't want to throw into coverage because he's obsessed with his stas, Driver, and Jones, Finely has only not been relable for one game thats it he would be 5
TheJewballer 2 months ago
@TheJewballer Yeah we have the best receiving core because Rodgers makes them that way. His accuracy is off the chart! So Deion Branch and Aaron Hernandez aren't reliable for Brady? He sure throws to them a good bit. Both of them have more receptions than Jones, Finley, and Driver. I bet you didn't know that. I don't make excuses. I point out facts! You make excuses.
GreenDay1981 2 months ago
@GreenDay1981 the reason aaron's recivers have less receptions is because they make plays after the catch. Tom's recivers beside welker just catch the ball they don't really make plays after which is why they have more recptions they can't break a tackle.Jordy Nelson has more reciving yards than branch and Jermichal finely has more reciving yards than hernadez and james jones is you 4th reciver who has what 400 yards recving edelman only has 27 aaron is just the puppet for green bay
TheJewballer 2 months ago
@TheJewballer More excuses. That's all you have. Time to prove you wrong yet again. Branch has 333 yards after catch which is more than what Jennings, Finley, and Jones have. Hernandez has 252 yards after catch which is more than Finley and Jones. Make all the excuses you want. Rodgers is the most accurate QB in the NFL. He would be no matter who his receivers were. You need to get off Favre's dick and open your eyes. Hernandez is Brady's 4th receiver and he has 523 receiving yards
GreenDay1981 2 months ago
@TheJewballer (continued) and that's with missing 2 games as well. Oh, and Gronkowski has 436 yards after catch which is more than any of the Packers receivers so your so-called theory that no one on the Patriots besides Welker makes plays is incorrect. Grab your umbrella cause it's raining cold hard facts here. Lastly, is your spelling really this horrible? If you can't even spell "receiver" right, you have no business coming to a football video.
GreenDay1981 2 months ago
@GreenDay1981 again the reason grownk has so many yards is because he's one of Brady's reliable targets. Aaron has so many good receivers he can throw it to whoever he wanted btw look up an artical about Brady and rodgers in the MVP conversation the guy gives you cold hard facts why brady should be MVP not aaron. And it's simple take aaron away from the packers they still make the playoffs take brady away with his horrible Defence and give the reigns to hoyer your 5-11
TheJewballer 2 months ago
@TheJewballer You said the only receiver that makes plays is Welker. That the others just catch the ball. I proved that little theory wrong. Wow. Talk about a stupid baseless impossible to prove observation. I'm glad you have no say in who wins the MVP. What makes you think the Packers make the playoffs without Rodgers? The Packers defense give up more points per game than the Patriots, you know. Why not look even dumber and say Tebow deserves to win the MVP?
GreenDay1981 2 months ago
@GreenDay1981 The thing with aaron was it was never a suprise to me that he didn't win a superbowl I was more suprised that he didn't do it sooner with those guys around him and it took him up to his third year to win a playoff game. The only game I've seen him play where he really took control was the giants game but still Nelson bailed him out a couple of times when he had all day to throw and he didn't want to throw across the middle to throw a pick. Brady plays with midgits as recivers
TheJewballer 2 months ago
@TheJewballer I hope you watched Flynn work his magic today. Dummy.
williejenkins666 2 months ago
@TheJewballer You're surprised he didn't do it sooner. That sounds so familiar. I think someone else said that exact thing. Who was it? Oh yeah, JACKASS FAVRE. Who cares how long it took Rodgers to win a playoff game? It's not his fault the defense was shit against the Cardinals. Your so-called arguments are really getting ridiculous. You're as bad as Skip Bayless when it comes to giving Rodgers ANY credit at all. He is better than Favre whether you like it or not.
GreenDay1981 2 months ago
@GreenDay1981 this is the one thing i hate about you rodgers fans you can't jude a guy who has only been starting for 4 years to a guy who played for 20 years it can't be done. Sadly for your sake though favre is still better favre has 3 MVPs something aaron will only have 1 of since his recivers will get old soon. Also Favre has every QB record and you can't say because of all the years he played he only started 18 seasons one half in his 2nd year and 1 half last year. Favre>Rodgers
TheJewballer 2 months ago
@TheJewballer Funny. You seem to be doing that exact thing yourself by mentioning MVPs. Oh, and there is one QB record that Rodgers is gunning for that Favre does not have: single season passing yards. Every QB record? So he has the record for most consecutive games with a rating over 100? How about the record for most consecutive games with at least 2 TD passes? No? Didn't think so. Those belong to RODGERS. He will break Favre's team record for TD passes in a season this Sunday.
GreenDay1981 2 months ago
@TheJewballer Bullshit, jackass. You are smoking crack if you think the Packers are 12-0 with Matt Flynn.
williejenkins666 2 months ago
@TheJewballer Are You blind????
Samuelluv11 2 months ago
@Samuelluv11 the talent of the green bay packers is incredible as you say that 3rd string tight end as the talent to be starting. If Rodgers had Brady's defence and Brady's guys he couldn't do it. people don't give brady enough cedit he has to fit the ball perfectly for his small recivers wes welker 5 foot 9 Deion branch 5 foot 9 you know how hard it is to throw it to someone that small when the corners are taller than them. I play QB i know I love tall recivers aaron is a lucky guy
TheJewballer 2 months ago
@TheJewballer Again your not paying attention to his skill set your just giving all the credit to the recievers.Yes they are the best WR corp in the nfl but he can make any throw, Aaron Rodgers can just improve about any team rodgers can hit the back hand shoulder throw and thread the needle at the same time then why can't he do the same thing with the patriots recievers.
Samuelluv11 2 months ago
@TheJewballer
greg jennings is only an inch taller than wes welker greg is 5'10 i believe
MegaGaming4you 2 months ago
@MegaGaming4you he's 5 foot 11 which is still 2 inches taller than welker and branch
TheJewballer 2 months ago
@TheJewballer
oh ok thanks.
MegaGaming4you 2 months ago
@TheJewballer That "talent" was dropping passes left and right against the Chiefs. Green Bay's defense is right next to New England's so that is no excuse. If you don't think Rodgers can thread the needle to receivers, you obviously didn't watch the Super Bowl or any games this season. I love how you left out the fact that Gronkowski is 6 foot 6 which is taller than any of our receivers. Do you really think 2 inches makes that much of a difference?
GreenDay1981 2 months ago
@GreenDay1981 grnk proves my point imagine if brady had 5 tall recivers on the field imagine how good he would be better than rodgers ever dreamed of being. Rodgers is already at his peak because you can't possibly get better recivers than the ones he has now. Btw your tight end finely is 6 foot 5 he's pretty good isn't he you saw that adjusment he made last week when aaron threw a horrible pass. Brady has worse recivers by a mile than aaron and somehow brady beats the cheifs and aaron doesn't.
TheJewballer 2 months ago
@TheJewballer You are hopeless. Your tightend Gronkowski is 6-6 so I don't know where you are going with that. Brady has worse receivers yet he somehow has more passing yards? And somehow Rodgers beats the Giants and Brady doesn't. If you have a valid argument in you, you better break it out because you are hanging by a thread here.
GreenDay1981 2 months ago
@GreenDay1981 ok fine the packers lose greg jennings their star reciver but you think aaron makes his recivers so he should have no problem facing a horrible cheifs team well he loses. This shows you how much aaron relies on his recivers. He's nothing without them. Brady won 3 rings with Troy Brown, David Givines, Patten, R.j Redmond and Kyle Brady. I'll like to see aaron get 3 rings with those guys.
TheJewballer 1 month ago
@TheJewballer The Packers didn't have Jennings against the Bears either and he threw 5 TD passes so suck on that! Oh did you forget Deion Branch? You know, the guy who was MVP of the 3rd Super Bowl title and played in the 2nd Super Bowl? It was a joke that Brady even won the MVP of that 1st Super Bowl since he only had 145 passing yards and 1 TD. Ty Law should have won it for his pick-6 or Vinatieri for kicking the game-winning field goal. Brady didn't earn that first one.
GreenDay1981 1 month ago
@GreenDay1981 oh branch wow what a threat I'm so scared he's a 0 time pro bowler so it doesn't matter. Brady got the MVP because he led them down the field so calm like into field goal range with no timeouts. They're were impressed on how he didn't choke because of the pressure like Peyton does. And branch being superbowl mvp is a joke I laugh whenever I hear it they jsut gave it to him so brady didn't have 3 superbowl MVP's he had 100 yards reciving and no touchdowns....MVP??? nope
TheJewballer 1 month ago
@TheJewballer Who cares if he never went to the Pro Bowl? Nelson, Jones, and Finley aren't pro bowlers either. Funny how you call 133 receiving yards in a game not worthy of MVP yet you think 145 passing yards is. LMAO!! Brady had a minute and a half left and picked up 58 yards in 9 plays to set up the field goal. Yeah that sounds difficult.
GreenDay1981 1 month ago
@GreenDay1981 it was with no tiemouts the coach had confidence in Brady to lead them down the field with no wepons at all. J.R Redmond at runningback and David Givens as your main target you don't even know who those guys are. What about Joe Namath he threw for what 200 yards and no touchdowns and was MVP at least Brady threw a touchdown pass. Superbowl MVP doesn't mean anything but all of you packer fans think it's more important than the actual leauge MVP it's one game that's it.
TheJewballer 1 month ago
@TheJewballer Namath should not have won the MVP in that Super Bowl. It should have gone to Matt Snell who had 121 rushing yards and scored their only touchdown. Actually, Super Bowl MVP is more important because if a player on your team wins it, it usually means they WON THE SUPER BOWL. Isn't that the ultimate goal? I'm glad you are happy with only being regular season good. If Rodgers wins the regular season MVP, great! We'll be happy for him but we still want a Super Bowl.
GreenDay1981 1 month ago
@GreenDay1981 Trust me and I'll be real with you on this Aaron Rodgers will never win another superbowl, he's not that kind of QB when if one of his recivers goes down he plays the same way but he doesn't. He had offensive struggles with the cheifs when they lost jennings. Tom Brady is the best QB in the NFL without a doubt Brees is a passaholic who throws the ball 60 times a game. People don't give brady enough respect for the guys he played with 2 rookie tight ends in 2010 went 14-2
TheJewballer 1 month ago
@TheJewballer You mean like how he lost Driver early in the Super Bowl last season yet still won it? Did he have offensive struggles against the Bears without Jennings? I didn't think so. He threw 5 TD passes in that game. You don't give Rodgers enough credit. He won 6 straight elimination games last season to get to the Super Bowl and had to do it without any real running game to work with. Has Brady ever faced that challenge? The Patriots had a running game in 2010.
GreenDay1981 1 month ago
@TheJewballer Another thing about that game with the Chiefs. Rodgers was victimized by dropped passes from his receivers. They dropped 6 in the first half alone! Finley even took the blame for the loss.
GreenDay1981 1 month ago
@TheJewballer "Brees is a passaholic who throws the ball 60 times a game"lol
Thats the only time i agree you but you have to agree that rodgers and brees throw pin point passes
Samuelluv11 1 month ago
@Samuelluv11 I am amazed by drew brees accuracy every day same with rodgers but accuracy doesn't win games. Look t Chad Pennington he's the most accurate QB of all time but even he sucks. Tom Brady all day I admit you can put the gronk on any team he'll be great put welker on any team and he'll only be good with new england brady makes him he was only good with brady jenning, nelson, jones, driver they can be good anyway I also think Brady could make finely better maybe brees could too.
TheJewballer 1 month ago
@TheJewballer WHAT?! accuracy wins games! One reason Brett Favre isnt as good ad Rodgers , Favre made the spectacular plays but not the routine plays
Amarqq39 1 month ago
@Amarqq39 would you call throwing a 5 yard slant and let the reciver go 60 yards accuracy I know I wouldn't. Brett throws the ball up for his reciver to make the play because of the confidence he has in his guys when they don't catch the ball that falls on Brett's stat sheet. But he doesn't care because he's a team player. Aaron is obsessed with his stats and would rather take a sack on 3rd and 10 then throw the ball deep when he's on his own 20. Rodgers choked last game maybe he is a system QB.
TheJewballer 1 month ago
@TheJewballer And what has that "confidence" gotten him other than the NFL record for interceptions? Favre a team player? Yeah right. One of his own former teammates Mark Chmura said he is selfish. Did you really just say Rodgers is obsessed with his stats? You're on here defending a guy who threw the ball 657 times and you say RODGERS is obsessed with his stats? Are you saying Brees never throws any short passes that his receivers make long runs on? No screen passes or anything?
GreenDay1981 1 month ago
@TheJewballer (continued) If Rodgers choked, what do you call what Brees did? It's not Rodgers's fault that his receivers dropped 6 easy passes, his teammates kept fumbling the ball, and the Packers defensive secondary sucks.
GreenDay1981 1 month ago
@TheJewballer One more thing. You contradicted yourself. You said Rodgers is obsessed with his own stats yet you complain that he doesn't throw the ball deep? That makes no sense. If you don't think Rodgers throws deep, you obviously haven't watched any Packers games.
GreenDay1981 1 month ago
@GreenDay1981 he doesn't throw the ball deep because he doesn't want to throw picks and he can just do a 6 yeard slant and let his recivers get all of the yeards for him.
TheJewballer 1 month ago
@TheJewballer Again, you obviously haven't watched any Packers games. Rodgers had more 40+ yard passes than Brees and he had 155 fewer pass attempts so shove your baseless theories up your ass.
GreenDay1981 1 month ago
@GreenDay1981 those aren't 40 yard passes their a 7 yard pass and the recivers makes a man miss and than goes 40 yards on his own let's see rodgers throw a 99 yard tocuhdown Brady did it well 99 and one half to be exact.
TheJewballer 1 month ago
@TheJewballer Idiot. No QB can throw the ball 99 yards. Dumbass. Again, you haven't watched Rodgers. Otherwise you would know he throws a lot of deep passes. You don't know shit. Why don't you look up which team has the most yards after catch? I bet you won't. You're obviously too lazy to look anything up.
GreenDay1981 1 month ago
GreenDay1981 1 month ago
@GreenDay1981 You're truly an idiot Aaron rodgers spreads the ball out so the total doesn't add up if you combine welker,Hernadez, and Gronks reciving total you're at about 3,200 yards that's incredible when it really involves one reciver. The welker pass was incredible the accuracy brady needed to get the ball over the defenders head and into welkers hands which was a bullet it wasn't a pop fly like rodgers does, and btw brady is about to win his 4th super bowl and 3rd superbowl MVP
TheJewballer 1 month ago
@TheJewballer That's your newest excuse? How lame! Oh so now you're talking about accuracy? You tried to claim Brady actually threw the ball 99 yards. Don't change your argument now. I am a Packers fan so I obviously know Rodgers better than you. You don't know what you're talking about. Go watch the video "Aaron Rodgers - My Time" if you're not scared of the truth. Brady got lucky today. He played like shit.
GreenDay1981 1 month ago
@GreenDay1981 played like shit? no his recivers did. He trusted them and they blew it he gave Matt Slater an opprtunity to be a hero and he blew it and then threw the ball to welker went right off his hands and was picked. Brady just relized something today it's just him and Gronk vs the giants. Brady knew the only way he would win this game is by trusting himself and he had a rushing touchdown. Not everyone has great recivers like the packers and Aaron still lost at least brady isn't cocky.
TheJewballer 1 month ago
@TheJewballer You are a walking hypocrite. Even the announcers said Brady was off. Rodgers played better in his loss than Brady did yesterday. Yeah, a rushing touchdown from the 1/2 yard line. How impressive. It's pathetic that they didn't punch it in the play before from the 1/2 yard line. When Brady is off, it's always the receivers fault but Green Bay's receivers never do any wrong in your eyes. I guess those 6 dropped easy passes never happened?
GreenDay1981 1 month ago
@TheJewballer And Patriots receivers, tightends, and runningbacks have more yards after catch than the Packers. Brady isn't cocky? Shit. He tried to fight his own offensive coordinator! The guy thinks he's God's gift to football and can't stand anyone else telling him what to do. He's an arrogant cocky asshole. So Patriots receivers let Brady down (were there even any dropped passes?), but the Packers receivers didn't let Rodgers down?
GreenDay1981 1 month ago
@GreenDay1981 Aaron rodgers said his team was the best in the NFL, if that's not cocky I don't know what is. Bill Obrien is a no name offfensive corridnator and if it wasn't for the fight he wouldn't be the new head coach for penn state. Brady knows he's a nobody Brady makes his whole team He won 3 rings with people like David Given,R.J Redmond,Troy Brown, and Deion branch who sucked with seattle and was only good with brady brady makes his recivers unlike rodgers system QB Matt flynn
TheJewballer 1 month ago
@TheJewballer Brady once told the Patriots owner, "I'm the best decision this organization has ever made." If that doesn't say "I'm full of myself" then what does? He's an arrogant prick. Do you really think Penn State went after O'Brien just because he got into it with Tom Brady? I refuse to believe you are this stupid. Brady's 1st ring was tainted. He should have lost to the Raiders that year. In 03, the Patriots had the top defense in the NFL. In 04, it was the 4th best.
GreenDay1981 1 month ago
@TheJewballer (continued) Face facts. Brady road the coat tails of his defense to those Super Bowls. Shit, he won MVP of the 1st Super Bowl even though he only had 145 passing yards and 1 TD. What does that tell you? If Rodgers is a system QB, then so is Brady. Two words: Matt Cassell. Idiot. You can't even answer my questions. Probably because you have no answers. Just excuses. The Patriots went 11-5 without Brady in 08. He's a system QB.
GreenDay1981 1 month ago
@GreenDay1981 that would work gret in all but cassle had 5 years behind Brady Brady taught him everything he knew and it showed have you seen him lately he lead to the cheifs to the playoffs. But Flynn on the other hand broke records that aaron could only dream of what was it 480 passing yards 6 touchdowns? With the superbowl MVP it tells me that Brady had a pretty awful team minus the D he has no wepons if you look at his superbowl offense every player is out of the leauge except for branch.
TheJewballer 1 month ago
@TheJewballer First off all, Cassel was only with the Patriots from 05 to 08. That's 4 seasons, retard. Secondly, you are a hypocrite who can't make an argument without having a double standard. Flynn spent 4 years behind Rodgers. Rodgers taught him everything he knows and it showed in that game against the Lions. It's no different from what you said. You say Rodgers is great because of his receivers, yet you play up Matt Flynn as a great QB yet he had those same receivers. You make no sense.
GreenDay1981 1 month ago
@GreenDay1981 Yea your right the patriots are first in the league with yards after the catch
Samuelluv11 1 month ago
@GreenDay1981 you're such an idiot the packers benched their starters like jennings for the playoffs. Imagine your top reciver not playing if he was playing Flynn would of gone past 500 and had 7 TD Here's the thing though you can think what you want about aaron being good and hey he's the 4th best in the leauge today Brady,Manning,Brees, but Brady is about to become the best of all time after this superbowl your a hater so you can believe what you want but Brady's the best and always will be.
TheJewballer 1 month ago
@TheJewballer Jennings was hurt, you moron. He missed the Chiefs game and the Bears game too. What other starter did the Packers bench in Flynn's game? Brady is an overrated, arrogant asshole. He's like Roethlisberger. He needs his defense to bail his ass out when he plays like shit. I don't give a shit if Brady wins the Super Bowl this year or not. He's still overrated. Matt Cassel proved that. He's never had to win 3 road playoff games to get to the Super Bowl. Rodgers has.
GreenDay1981 1 month ago
@GreenDay1981 Tom Brady overrated dude you're so stupid. Brady has the highest winning percentage out of any QB ever to play the game after 100 starts. If you give Brady an elite reciver like Jennings he'll go undefeated like with Moss. Brady has made recivers like welker and Branch and has made up for his horrible defensive play. Tell Rodgers to try to win 3 superbowls with no probowlers on offense. If Rodgers was actually as good as brady he would be in the superbowl but he isn't.
TheJewballer 1 month ago
@TheJewballer Wins don't mean shit. What was Tebow's record this season? It was decent. Doesn't mean he's that good of a QB. If Rodgers had a defense like the Patriots had in 03 and 04, he would have 3 Super Bowl titles by now. You just keep up your double standard. Jennings and Driver have both said Rodgers is better than Favre. So does that mean last season Rodgers was better than Brady because he was in the Super Bowl and Brady wasn't? I know you'll have a double standard answer for that.
GreenDay1981 1 month ago
@GreenDay1981 I said after 100 starts Tim Tebow has only started 14 games(counting last year) and is 8-6 which isn't good compared to Brady. Have a good defence isn't key to sucess Rodgers was really only supose to have 6 points that giants game because of the fumble that wasn't ruled a fumble and I think it was offensive pass interfernce on the other. You have to put up pints 6 won't win games. Brady is better in the playoffs than rodgers this season rodgers was better than Brady.
TheJewballer 1 month ago
@TheJewballer I don't care if it's after 100 games or 1,000 games. Do you really think Brady played well in all of those 100 games? He didn't. Just like Sunday, he played like shit yet the Patriots still won. The Packers lost to Arizona in the playoffs in 09, but Rodgers still had a hell of a game. His D let him down. Wins mean nothing! They are misleading. The 49ers finished with the same record as the Patriots. Does that mean Alex Smith was equally as good as Brady this season?
GreenDay1981 1 month ago
@GreenDay1981 The 49ers have a great D so it's obvious that smith isn't the real deal. And if you look at Brady's games they're are very few games where he played bad and won he is the whole team basically. Go through his games that he won i can't find one bad game. And what was the defence suppose to do they were facing future hall of famers Kurt Warner and Larry Fitzgerald you think they could stop that duo. Aaron fumbled at the end of the game he blew it for them as I remember.
TheJewballer 1 month ago
@TheJewballer Another double standard. The Patriots had a great D in 03 and 04, yet you would be the first to say Brady was responsible for those Super Bowl titles. I consider a rating below 70 to be a bad game. I looked through all of Brady's game logs and found that the Patriots won 16 games when Brady had a rating below 70 in the game. That fumble against the Cardinals should never have happened considering there was a blatant facemask on that play that wasn't called. Not Rodgers's fault.
GreenDay1981 1 month ago
@GreenDay1981 ok so what that's still only 8 percent of his games and their are plenty of game where he has q QB rating of 80 plus and he loses. Some people never have bad QB rating because they don't take chances (Rodgers) Brady likes taking chances because you can't win games by letting your recivers do all of the work. I'd like to see rodgers play with midgits as recivers which brady does, they're harder to find and you need accuracy to get them there rodgers has these big tall targets
TheJewballer 4 weeks ago
@TheJewballer That's not the point. You said you couldn't find any games that Brady player poorly in that the Patriots still won. You obviously were too lazy to look. You know absolutely nothing about Rodgers. Again, I'm a Packers fan so don't try telling me anything about Rodgers because I know him more than you do. Midget receivers? Just shut the fuck up right now. You are an embarassment. All you do is make excuses. Most of which are complete bullshit.
GreenDay1981 4 weeks ago
TheJewballer 4 weeks ago
@TheJewballer I love how you "conveniently" left out the fact that Gronkowski is 6-6. Either way, your so-called argument is pathetic. You left out Hernandez too. Let me guess, he's over 6-foot as well? Idiot. Just take a hammer to your computer right now and leave the football talk to those of us who know what we're talking about and don't use pathetic excuses.
GreenDay1981 4 weeks ago
@GreenDay1981 imagine if Brady had 6 people with the height of gronk he would be unstopble give him one elite reciver like Moss he goes 18-0 give him crappy recivers like in 2006 heill still go to the playoffs and let me name you his recivers that year Troy Brown, Reche Caldwell, erik davis,Keron henry,Michael mcgrew,Rich Munsinki,Matt Shelton, John stone ever heard of those guys besides troy brown I doubt it Brady made it to the playoffs with nobodys aarons needs all stars for a one and done
TheJewballer 4 weeks ago

Samuelluv11 4 weeks ago
@TheJewballer The packers oganization does a great job drafting good QB's from hassleback, mark burnell, flynn, aaron brooks and we know the others ones then they develop there talent, brady never even threw a 99 yard pass like greenDay said he thew on the 17 yard line and took off running and his longest throw is probably 65 yards while rodgers is around 68 yards
Samuelluv11 1 month ago
@TheJewballer Yea keep bringing up flynn the lions lacked defense and film on mat anybody can have these kinda games where QB's have a hot hand just like rex grossman, yet is one of the worst qb's he had field day against the cowboys with 4 td's and 340 something yards with no oline or no good wideouts if he had brady or brees o line he's going get them same kinda numbers flynn had it tells you that cowboys have a bad defense and didn't have a game plan for the opposing QB
Samuelluv11 1 month ago
@Samuelluv11 He has trouble understanding simple facts. He would rather ramble incoherently and look like an idiot than actually make a valid point. I've made him look bad so many times, it's starting to become boring. Makes me think Youtube should force people to take an IQ test when they want to make an account. It would reduce the number of dumbass commenters like him.
GreenDay1981 1 month ago
@TheJewballer You said a week age that you are amazed at Brees's accuracy and said throwing short passes isn't considered accurate to you. Well, guess who was 2nd in the NFL in yards after catch. That would be Darren Sproles, the Saints's RUNNINGBACK. A runningback isn't a receiver unless the play is a screen pass. Those are short passes, are they not?
GreenDay1981 1 month ago
@TheJewballer Oh and here's an excert from an article about the game: "On a first-and-10 pass across the middle, Rodgers' pass hit Finley directly off the No. 88 on his jersey in blooper fashion. Two plays later - deep, down the middle - Finley let another precise Rodgers pass slip through his grasp." Key word: PRECISE. You need to pay attention.

Cry like a bitch the day Favre gets into the Packer Hall of Fame, NFL Football Hall of Fame, and this video as well.
Faggot.

GreenDay1981 2 months ago
@GreenDay1981 You are a deranged moron filled with hate. I remember the Packers before Favre was on the team built by Ron Wolf.
Your stupid hatred is just going to burn you one day again and again. Seriously, you're a fucking idiot. Emperor Palpatine would be proud of you, dickhead.
I have no problems with Rodgers breaking Favres records, jackass... That only shows the kind of deranged thinking you have to assume such a thing. You're a serious dickhead.
williejenkins666 2 months ago
@williejenkins666 Yeah I know right? I mean people like him can't just accept that they are borth great QBS. Now a lot of Packer fans are starting to save Favre wasn't as good as they made him out to be. BS they are only saying this because he left to go play for the Vikings
enjoyitbro 2 months ago
@enjoyitbro Well for one thing he isnt that good compared to Rodgers. And if you knew how much the Vikings and Packers hate each other, youd realize why we hate him.
