Loved, loved, loved these girls when growing up, but at the end of the spice girls was a train wreck. Their 90's flare was gone, 2888 moved in and Geri already left, and they clearly ditched their personalities to be more generic pop. Keep in mind they had to compete with Britney. Sporty looks like Avril, Baby lost her innocence, Victoria never could sing it was all looks for her, and Mel B lost her cheeseness. Sad, but I love them!

Her hair didn't grow to being anywhere near above the shoulder until around October 2000 when the Spice Girls released "Holler." Their performance in this video is from November 2000. There's no way her hair grew from above shoulder length to almost mid-back in one month.

Also it wasn't just Mel that said no (although Mel C says she doesn't remember anything about a breast cancer interview) it was the group... they had stuff to do as a group at the time. And they all picked on each other by the way. Geri wasn't trained to sing or dance and once the tour started she felt rather useless and so she decided to go it alone, that's it... no blame, no blood on the floor.
