Akhi the hadith you have cited refers to movements devised by scholars and this is according to Ibn Hajar Asqalani and Imam An-Nawawi. While your message of imparting the importance of political awareness and activism is commendable, i think the manner in which you convey your message is reprovable. The punishment of stoning someone caught cheating on their spouse is only applicable if it was witnessed by 4 pious people which is almost impossible. Never has this punishment been carried out before with a justice system truly built on Islam. The only time this punishment was carried out was by confessions made to purify themselves.
I knew the rules and regulations as for stoning of adulterers as well as punishments regarding stealing yet I find the punishments barbaric. Hard conditions to prevent the punishment does not make the stoning and cutting hands/legs justifiable, just as killing apostate and burning witches is entirely immoral and barbaric. NO ONE can say it is justice with a straight face, unless he/she is indeed sick in the head :)

The punishment of stoning someone caught cheating on their spouse is only applicable if it was witnessed by 4 pious people which is almost impossible. Never has this punishment been carried out before with a justice system truly built on Islam. The only time this punishment was carried out was by confessions made to purify themselves.

I knew the rules and regulations as for stoning of adulterers as well as punishments regarding stealing yet I find the punishments barbaric. Hard conditions to prevent the punishment does not make the stoning and cutting hands/legs justifiable, just as killing apostate and burning witches is entirely immoral and barbaric. Why do you think its ok to joke around with the deen? First you interrupt a Jumu'ah khutbah (even though youre not allowed to mess with the straw in a mat during the Friday khutbah) and now you're messing around with the sunnah!!!

This video is offensive in all honesty, from the way the word 'fiqh' is used to the way in which you are talking to the viewer. Creativity is important to capture the attention of the audience, but not in this way. It just seems extremely innappropriate.

(fiqh synonymous with fahm=understanding). They have changed fiqh to mean rules.

I advise you to start acknowledging yourself as a layperson. You will then hopefully be humble enough to realise your mistakes (such as mocking aspects of the Sunnah and Islam, as well as the inappropriateness of your statements, including the title of this video).
You will also hopefully learn the fiqh of Jihad and da'wah and THEN engage in these activities once you know their true meanings/conditions/pre-requisites etc.
May Allah guide us all.

When each and every Muslim decides to practice Islam to the best of their ability, ignoring the opinions of non-Muslims and modern culture, then we will have solved the problems they address here about being active. You can't effectively benefit the ummah by dawah if you are not practicing Islam. As a convert to Islam, I know that meeting practicing Muslims was a HUGE part of me accepting Islam, and they were dedicated people who never insulted other Muslims or aspects of Islam.

In a nutshell, Before the 1967 war the West Bank and Gaza were controlled by Arab countries.Egypt controlled Gaza and Jordan controlled the West Bank. How come the "Palestinians" didn't demand a state under Arab Muslim rule??? That being said, the PA makeshift constitution doesn't recognise a Jewish state in the area and all their objectives are aimed at the destruction of Israel!!
