I just needed to say something. Yes Brad Paisley did record this song. But does it really matter? Songs don't belong to the artists, they belong to the song writers. So if another artist wants to record a song they just have to get the writer's permission and pay a fee. Blaine is a good singer, and It Did was never released as a single by Brad. So it's not a remake of any sort. Because a lot of people probably don't even know about Brad's and people who like Blaine will still like his.

He did! If you listen to the verse where their at the hospital he talks about "his girls" which means (to me anyways) his wife and daughter. That part isn't in Brad's rendition of the song. Brad talks about "A sweet little angel with his mama's eyes." Blaine talks about "a sweet little angel (I think he's talking about his daughter) with her mama's (Blaine's wifes) eyes." Listen to the songs! Their little differences, but also very big ones.
