My problem is that the FAA wants to limit or totaly shut down the model aircraft industry. the AMA argument is R/C is line of sight but this video clearly proves otherwise. The FAA will consider this a distructive vehicle not just a model airplane. If you did it in any other city no problem but NY is a hot bed. Just wish you were more discrete.
