Kudos for playing some BFMV and House of the Rising Sun! However, is photo navigation that slow without music playback? My guess would be that it could possibly take longer to scroll through photos when music is playing as opposed to scrolling through photos with no music.
Yip! Customer support sucks. Do not document your problems and complaints in the forums. Admin locks or delete your thread. He has little interest in helping people. Were it not for Manderin1 and a few other users... you would get no help with these busted as players MP4 Nation sells.
I've always found raz pretty helpful, my S:flo came a month later then expected but I was kept updated, I guess its just up to timing, if he has a big influx of emails yours may be at the very bottom of the pile D:
Paid nearly $190.0 for 2 players in 12/08. 50 days to get players. One was cracked other kept crashing. Sent cracked one back. 84 days to get it back.. non working and carved in with a sharp object. Sent back in May. was told I would get replacement. Have not seen it yet. They have not responded to me in the ticket system in over 3 weeks. So, NINE months later. . one player in China.. one on my desk.. does not turn on. I think they will keep it.
your screen looks 20 times better than mine. I just got mine today and the screen is flickering and hard to see. very bright even though I set it not to be so bright.
lol Ipod touch sucks :D -->much money-->itunes sucks and much more other reasons why this player is better, i got this one 2 and it's just awesome. the only reason to get an ipod touch is the wlan function.
u guys suck jus buy it from walmart or radioshack online

It is a bit faster when not playing music, although the player is definitely geared towards audio more then anything ( all I use it for)
I've now had it for a year and the battery life is still good ( approx 8 hours but I constantly change songs so the screen is on a lot)
Going to be getting a new PMP soon as the S:flo only has 8 gb of space and My music collection has trebled since I got the player!

This is a great mp4 player but DO NOT BUY FROM MP4NATION THEY ARE TERRIBLE.
I waited 2 months for my mp4 player to get to me. what a fucking joke.

Speaking of which the Asus EEE PC cheapest version costs the same as an itouch, wouldn't people prefer a fully fledged laptop?

Good review. For the screen, the protector can help reduce the sensitivity, but generally with more use you will get used to its sensitivity.

Thanks, I'm already getting used to the sensitivity, just a very gentle glide seams to do the trick.
