i've played with a few ppl who don't know how to crown (or sneak for that matter) moli isn't a terrible idea if you're new, it's just crowning is a better option. i personally crown half the tim (yeah i suck) and the rest i usually wear down her health by firing multiple times

Well... in versus the infected team usually expect a crown attempt and try to get you at the witch, lighting her, running and having the other 3 shoot her is actually VERY effective.

These are PRETTY useful, but only for Expert, and some of these tips can get you killed, SHOOT THE HUNTER, the Smoker, don't keep meleeing a Boomer, it'll explode soon... and using Molotovs on a Witch on Expert = DEATH! The game isn't hard so they shouldn't of made this, it's not almost impossible to win, and some of her tips are hard/really unlikely to do on Expert.

That's not the best way to take out the witch. A better way, if possible, is the hunting rifle and firing line combo, or a molotov and firing line combo. Either get far away, shoot her, and keep shooting while your team hurls their ammo at her, or molotov and run, while your team hurls their ammo at her. Of course, close as many doors as you can, on your way.

heres some quick simple tips= stick together get 3 autoshotguns and 1 assault rifle (m16) 2 pipes 2 molo, look for corners on horde attacks (small 1 door rooms are the best) stay away from red cars, crown witches with autoshotty or pumpshotty , if given to choose bet. these two uzi and pumpshot get uzi, melee while reloding, melee on horde attacks

Wow these tips suck ass. 1. if you must fight the witch sport the auto-shottie and aim for her head and shoot like you mean it.

2.) the snipa sucks have two sport shotie and two sport machine guns for good close to longe range combat with decent fire/reload rate.

3.)if the hunter pounces your friend have 1 run to melee it off while the other potshots the hunter, a.) one of you will stop the hunter b.) most likely you can save the person quicker if the shot hits its head.

the hunting rifle does not suck.. if your good with it you can kill a witch in 6-10 hits if they are all headshots... and with the hunting rifles long range you can do this easily... also it does 60-220 damage to the tank per shot.. depending on where you hit... Also with its penetration you can kill multiple zombies with one shot.. and you can even ricochet the bullets a little to kill around corners (takes uber skill)

Okay 1.) you can kill a witch a lot faster with 2-5 shots with the auto shotie, giving her virtually no chance to react instead of sniping and running like hell.

2.) for the tank a team with shotties and machines can MOVE with the ability to team shoot as well as individually defend from mini hordes and hunters.

3.) who cares about ric shots and multiple penetration shotties can tank through waves of infected and manchine guns can pick off distant enemies as well as help progress forward.

Quite terrible tips. The hunting rifle is only a viable option in campaign mode, in versus the cons heavily outnumbers the few pros. The assault rifle can do almost everything the hunting rifle can and more. It also is and always has been the worst damage dealer of all tier 2 wpns against a tank.

And no, you don't want to melee the boomer "until there is no tomorrow," unless you like puke in your face. And no, you don't want to torch the witch, you want to crown her.
