That Sheriff needs to be educated on Federal Court precedents concerning strip searches of nonviolent/nondrug related offenders. There is at least one case in which a sheriff's dept was found to have violated civil rights of two brothers who were arrested one was strip searched and the other refused. They weren't held down like this lady was. The case was tried in Greeneville TN. This is a redhorse case if there ever has been one. Everyone involved in this needs their asses fired.
