Nice little video but the power is a little off here 250 Root Mean Square is much more than this driver could handle think of RMS as the constant average. odds are its the peek power handling ability of this woofer and the RMS is closer to 20~35 watts.

say the output = 50%time at 0 and 50%time at 150, with a AC waveform the RMS of that waveform is 75 with a peek of 150. that is just a simplified way to describe it you may want to read a wiki on RMS.

It's not too much wattage, it's just the camera. Some cameras can't record Subwoofer excursion because the camera cant record at a high enough FPS to catch all of the woofers movement.

It's not really the speaker doing the "wave thing", it's simply the camera has a slow frame rate so it only captures certain parts of the speaker at certain times, which don't align, so it looks that way.
