This game is hard because the control scheme is terrible, primarily. Assault is legitimately difficult. ;x Nonetheless, I love the original.

Nah. Games like this are almost impossible with a keyboard, my two gamepads are an airflo ex and a fake dual shock from china that you can find on ebay for like a dollar

I actually preferred the N64 version. It was way harder to get the path you wanted to take. The only bad part was it was a bit easier overall and made Slippy even more annoying.

man starfox 64 was just sapped of diffuculty and had extra graphics. THIS had some insanely hard shit with creative bosses compared to that.

I'm surprised you haven't barrel-rolled that much... it's the only way I was able to beat the game. Then again, it could just be because I suck at it.

I always had issue with the barrel roll of the original, it always seemed so delayed that by the time I got it to work, it was usually too late so i try hard not to rely on it unless I have to
