  • Athiest Gal, You see this is why some of us believe in a final and last justice from God. And this is why some of believe in prayer for God's convering and protection against madness of imperfect and sinful humans. And this is why some of us believe in a need for Redemption and Forgiveness and a Savior God. A "God Free" universe we think, is not worth it.

  • I think those cops are badly trained, corrupt assholes. As well as criminally stupid.

  • I'm not on the side of the police by any means, but what you are claiming here is false and libelous. The police did not "Shoot him one more time.". The police dispatcher who did not notify the officers of the circumstances should be charged with attempted murder.

  • I have been able to verify via media sources every point made in this video EXCEPT being shot one more time AFTER being drug outside. Reports vary but he was shot either 2 or 3 times AFTER he fell to the ground. I hardly think that AtheistGal's report is "libelous" because she got some detail out of order.

The police team made a lot of mistakes in the heat of the moment. The mistake that concerns me is the disregard for the victim's wellbeing after realizing it and collusion to coverup.

  • He's a mexican, what the hell did you expect!! Imagine if he was black they would still be putting bullets into his body today, with the argument he was acting suspious or resisting arrest !!! The policemen carry on with impunity and are totally out of control when given firearms. All I can say is , when being apprehended ask someone to show up with a camera or cell phone to document your arrest or your ass is grass. You have no civil liberties George Bush made sure of that !!!!!!!!

  • ok this lady is on something, first of all the story is of a homeowner getting shot 6 times is true, but fire was dipatched to the area quickly (protocall) and the rest of what this lady said is made up. like at 3:11 her eyes went up and to the right which means she is makeing stuff up. lady you need to get your facts straight, and if you hate cops then hate them it doesnt matter to me but to put this up and make yourself look stupid trying to do god knows what, you really need to get a life.

  • Maybe you should read the MANY links to news stories from sources like ABC. Another thing you might do is listen to the 911 audio tapes. One-by-one the things she says in this video are verified in news reports. The image of law enforcement isn't improved by her a liar without doing some research.

  • Ok you really believe that cops put him on the hood of there patrol car and drove down the road with no one seeing this and comeing foward about it. and not everything on the news is true ok they mix the story around to make things look worse then they are so if thats your only source of info, then you might wanna rethink everything cause i have reliable sources that i go through and i know what i am talking about.

  • I believe the police officer made a terrible mistake when they shot the homeowner. I think I understand how the mistake was made and why. The officers were looking for an armed intruder and mistook the homeowner for the intruder. I comedy of errors led to that mistake, all of which can be understook. What happened after the shooting was that they tried to cover it up. TheAtheistGal did not "make up" the story or the details which appear to be accurate.

  • @zthustra "Comedy of errors?!" I'm sorry but I don't see the humor in this situation: A man almost died because of some trigger happy cop and probably won't be able to work again because of his injuries. Worst of all, nothing was done about the cops.

  • In other replies and in the description I offer multiple other sources for the details of the event. And, yes, it appears that he was drug unceremoniously to the back patio, then to a police cruiser and put on the hood of the cruiser and transported some distance before being transfered to an ambulance.

If the officers had promptly called an ambulance to his home where paramedics had found him in his son's bedroom this would not be an issue.

So far nobody has claimed that happened.

  • What? There is no License requirement for handguns in Arizona. You have no clue what your talking about. "They went to the gun dealer" You can buy a handgun from anyone legally in Arizona. Wow where are you from Chicago?

  • YouTube woun't let me post a link here, but this is text clipped from

Police visited a gun dealer who had sold Arambula a handgun and allegedly "suggested that Tony may have illegally obtained weapons," the lawsuit says.

  • wow that is pretty damning evidence :( what the hell does some guy "suggesting" he "may" have illegally obtained weapons have to do with this guy taking six shots in the back in his own home?

Seems to me there are some police in really big trouble.

  • To the idiot that posted this video. Where are you getting your info. Yes the cops were idiots for shooting the homeowner. But I just watched the wife give an interview and she said nothing about him being put on the hood of the car and being driven for "miles" nothing about being accused of being "drug dealers". There's other ways to get attention besides spreading misinformation.

  • court house news has posted most of the same thing she has said

  • From an ABC news report:

According to the lawsuit, Arambula was eventually dragged out of the home, ...

... Arambula was dragged from the patio to the gravel in front of the house, ....

The lawsuit claims Arambula, who had still not received medical attention, was picked up again and placed on the hood of a hot squad car and driven for a time down the street before being transferred by ambulance to a hospital where he immediately underwent surgery.

    Sorry, but YouTube blocks URLs.

  • More, drug charges, from ABC news:

Arambula was eventually let go after convincing police that two outstanding felony drug warrants in his name were incorrect and that he had been at home in Arizona recovering from the shooting when the warrants were issued, not in Washington state and Oregon.

  • May they all go to prison and get raped for the rest of their lives....asshole cops...they r the real crooks

  • welcome to america...

  • Thank goodness for the 911 tape! Gracious I wonder how much of this type of thing goes on unreported. Most disturbing.

  • No words can express how dumbfounded i feel upon hearing this. How can something like this happen?
