Benko told on one of his concerts that he just plays the song with one octave down, thats why it sounds better:) I don't know the exact typo of his clarinet.

anyone who knows what clarinet Sandor Benko is using here?

It is very nice with a deep sound. Is it an Alberts system? Oehler system? Or Boehm system? Is it a Bb-clarinet or A-clarinet?

What clarinet has such a lovely and deep sound? Does the key system affect the sound?

Why does Gianni Sanjust who plays the exact same song on the clarinet have a thin and not as deep sound from his clarinet in comparison? What is the difference between their clarinets?

It's certainly NOT a Boehm, but I can't see if is an Albert (as the "great" New Orleans Clarinetists played it) or an Oehler system. The tone range is exactly the same, you can play just as deep on a Boehm. The sound much depends on the mouthpiece and reed that are used.
