Custer was far from a terrorist, he was a patriot and would have given his life for his country, he however did not like taking instructions from his superiors. He was selfish, overconfident and used his soldiers for his own glory which caught up with him in the end. My great great great grandfather was with him that day and paid for it with his life and not by choice, as he left his wife and 6 children without a father.

I myself am european, but im a big fan of native american tribes but mostly Sioux and Lakota. I think native american tribes sould be celebrated and honoured because they are the true americans. Its sad that wounded knee is being forgoten. IT is as superjerf says, its only about 117 years ago.
