Have not played the game. Look for Hellgate: London on Wikipedia. Long story. Also search online for "Hellgate London: Resurrection" which is the new name. It might actually be online now for multi-player action. Latest articles I can find are dated June 2011.

Its from a game called Hellgate London. The game was badass, but it was so buggy, people stopped playing, and the multiplayer went down. You can probably buy it on Amazon though.
