We need to understand that God has dominion over all creation, If God Didn't perform justice and take responsibility over creation he would be a bad God. God performs justice on the earth and humanity in the old testament as they are still under judgment, we see no matter who you are and what you do nothing can stand in front of Gods Justice. But Jesus moves us from Gods perfect Judgement and into his Grace and mercy by taking the judgement on himself. Only Jesus could do this because he is God
