I just wanta say something... I have the exact same model only from 79 or something i am not sure, but this is the greatest guitar ever!!!
You will love it, its so smooth etc, and i have had it for a year now excactly and i still havent played a guitar i love more. (Mine has a new gold finish, removed pick protector)
Dude.... Check my latest videos. There are 5 Marshall stacks with 3, yes 3 heads each on them and 2 Marshall half stacks with 3, yes 3 heads on them. Thanks for checking it out, I had 18 Marshall 4x12 cabs when I made this video, I just didn't have them out & hooked up. Thanks for checkin' it out.
Serial number you gave indicates that it was built between 1966 and 1968. No way to tell exactly when though, Gibson didn't start using a logical serial # system until '77.
Looks pretty clean for a guit-fiddle that old. You should lay off the tranquilizers though.
Ouch!!!!!! My ears!!!!!!
