I think it'd be a trip to animate the whole flick like this, I'd totally embark on it.
I really really find youtube annoying, it ALWAYS cuts frames at the end. The last shot of this video has about 15 frames cut, 15 frames missing is sort of a big deal.
These animations are superb, the quality of which I've only dreamed to realize..

I would suggest putting a second or so of black at the beginning and endings of your clips to ensure that none of the animation gets cut off.
As ever, your work is amazing. Immediately nostalgic, stylish, fluid and totally mesmerizing.
