BESIDES, she's not telling people they're lost, she's telling people how the lost can get found. It's an inspirational song. Try to experience something rather than judge it. Please.

She's talking to those ordinary people who might get discouraged, telling them to stay strong and keep shining, so that others might draw strength from that.
