this is vengeance by Chrysler bigwigs, pure and simple, this man runs a great dealership and sells Jeeps beyond what was expected of him. They took him out because they could thru the bankruptcy laws. Here's the truth. I hope it gets out. There are many other wrongs out there, but this is blatant. Absolutely WRONG.

Jim. I was a District Manager for Chrysler 1996 - 2008 (not your BC). You have every right to be furious about what has happened. I can't believe it's legal and I can't believe the government supported it. You paid good cash for your franchise and you deserve to operate and profit from it. I am terribly sorry for your loss.

Almost 4 months have passed since that dreary day and when I hear your story I can't believe that nothing has been done to change this unjustice. I am a Comptroller of a GM dealer who is in your situation. I fear for my future and the future of my children. I am a single mom, with all my working life committed to GM and do not know where to turn. I represent 170,000 employees in my situation. This is the start of the demise of the liberties we Americans have come to know and trust.
