I heard that since he did such huge paintings he had to dig a hole in the ground in his shed/barn and had the canvas on a pully system, and used a latter sometimes. Pretty crazy.

We did the Guggenheim the day before the gathering and were disappointed. They are renovating the building so there were a lot of items no longer on display because they cleared the upper floors due to vibration.
