  • Republican Party is the party of the American Oligarchy.

GOP = Gas and Oil Party

    GOP= Greed and Oil Party

    GOP= Good Oligarchic Party

  • The Democratic Party, is a party claiming to be for the middle and lower man, but if the government fixed all the problems they claim to fix, well then there would be no need for government and the politicians would not be employed. I'm neither Democrat or Republican. {:-p

  • Re: Casey Anthony case: behavior leads to theory (ies) only and not evidence.

There was NO physical evidence in which could convict. The trace amts of chloroform was consistant with cleaning products containing bleach.

    Only Casey's car was tested/examined.

    They examined the wrong car.

  • two reasons why the working class support the republicans

    palin's left breast

    palin's right breast

  • That was an awesome clip. Bill Maher can say it like no other!

  • Comment removed

  • Bill Maher nails it once again wish we had someone like him in Briton .

  • And if you're a fucking retard if your name is Bill Dipshit Maher. And if you think his boring garbage is actually amusing.

If you don't see how the government CREATES just about every problem in this country, you're an imbecile.

  • @mmaier2112 go watch Bill O'Reilly dickhead...At least Bill makes people laugh using common sense....

  • @R1D3TH3SP1RAL You simpleton moron. O'Reilly is a moronic, bullying cunt. But I doubt your weak-ass brain can comprehend someone not being a Republican or Democrat.

Go fuck yourself while drooling over that dyke Maddow.

  • @mmaier2112 wow tool bag...way to catch on to sarcasm you dumb fuck....I said Bill makes people laugh using common sense...just like Carlin and Hicks...you know, since he's a COMEDIAN and all....Only a dumb fuck like you would take a dude like Bill Maher seriously...he's a satirist. And Bill O'Reilly is just as stupid as you are, fucktard.. He doesn't know what sarcasm is either....wow man, you make America proud buddy LOL

  • @R1D3TH3SP1RAL Maher is a moron, not a satirist. And you had no sarcasm, only liberal dipshittery.

Again, go fuck yourself. Though the way you whine like a cowardly bitch, you'd probably jerk off to that fag Anderson Cooper instead of the dyke Maddow.

  • @mmaier2112 Ok, Like i said in the first place then....but seriously this time since you've proven your juvenile benevolence is worthy....Go suck Bill O'Reilly's dick a little more...Better keep him happy, he controls the news you get...you wouldn't want to turn into an uninformed troll on youtube....Like I said before, people like Bill Maher are only not funny to people that get their feelings hurt by his statements...Don't be such a pussy and maybe you could handle a joke bitch...

  • And I have no idea who the fuck Rachel Madow is...I don;t particularly watch the television other than HBO on the weekends...I'm busy working and paying taxes....you know, contributing to that society that you obviously aren't apart of...I love people that say they aren;t republican or democrat....then NEWSFLASH... you're a LIBERAL you blithering idiot...go get a job, quit trolling, maybe read a book for once..

  • @R1D3TH3SP1RAL More ignorant blathering. Have you no original thoughts in your skull? And I would bet money you watch O'Reilly more than I do. I haven't had a TV signal coming into my house for years now.

And, no, I will not call myself a "liberal" because the cowardly douchebags like you have co-opted the term for a century now.

  • @mmaier2112 get a job redneck.....the world wasn't created just for you contrary to what your psychopathic god told you, there's a couple BILLION other people here...I know, it's hard to believe...And no, I don't have any need for television, I can tell exactly what Bill says to his loyal followers just by listening to you sheep regurgitate every word right here. Every thought I have is original, hence why you don't like me, you people can't stand people who think for themselves..You're a nigger

  • @R1D3TH3SP1RAL You're playing Asshole Liberal Troll Bingo again, ain'tcha? I don't think I've seen a more pathetic display of attention-begging in some time. Thinking for yourself? I highly doubt you've ever tried.

  • @mmaier2112 I like how you fucking ranch hands call people liberals like it's an insult....I'm a LIBERTARIAN asshole, there is a difference, but you probably have no education other than a GED so I shouldn't expect so much...I love how you went to insults when I shut you up...because you know everything I said was true, you;re a tool, a follower, the gum on the bottom of the right wing's fascist boot. I think for myself everyday, hence why you hate that I don't mold to the right wing corporatism

  • @R1D3TH3SP1RAL Sure you are. Heeeeeeerrrrrre Trolly-Trolly-Trolly......

  • @R1D3TH3SP1RAL Libertarian? You're probably just as politically illiterate as that idiot Maher. And don't get me wrong, I love this nigger-lover's show (''once you go black, you can't go back'') for the genuine, common-sensed right wingers he invites which end up schooling him on his faggot, and phony, left-wing fairyland beliefs.

  • @TheMarksmenCat Wow, I didn't know you fake republicans we're that dedicated to childish name calling...If I had my way I would let you fucking retards get 100% control of the system like you want, that way, when you destroy everything this country stands for and then get us attacked AGAIN, The people will then know for sure that you people are fucking no- nothings...Obama's idiot ass looks like a GENIUS compared to you idiots...You wouldn't know what conservatism meant if RP dick slapped you.

  • @TheMarksmenCat And it is absolutely HILARIOUS that you would think anybody schools anybody about anything on this show...It's a bunch of almost famous idiots calling names and bickering back and forth....Way to show your allegiance to the television you dip shit.....God damn, you people should be embarrassed with yourselves...

  • @R1D3TH3SP1RAL so you're a hippie?

  • @TheMarksmenCat Yep...A hippie that works 90 or more hours a week for Duke Energy on every power plant from New York to Bessemer ....Got LOT'S of time to smoke weed and play drum circles inside of an 850 megawatt boiler....LMAO keep stereotyping...I think you might be getting somewhere Sherlock...!

  • @R1D3TH3SP1RAL Life is such, quit bitching and pitying yourself, you're really pathetic.

  • @mmaier2112 Troll? I'm sure I'm the one that commented on this video because i actually get a laugh from watching Bill maher, and you were the troll that came all the way to his video just to run your girly little cocksucker about him....You fucking fake ass republicans and your delusions make me laugh...fucks like you are the real reason this country took a shit, the liberals don't even have any power, it's you fake republicans sitting in your trailors Trolling around...Shit on you sheeptard

  • @R1D3TH3SP1RAL Reading your little diatribe, it looks to me like you want the government to give you the titty and nurture you until you die, yet you call yourself a LIBERTARIAN? Sir, do you even read books?

  • @TheMarksmenCat Yep, I'm just a moocher...I work all these hours and spend months away from home so I can be on welfare...lol, I have payed into unemployment for years now and never touched it, I have never used welfare and I honestly don't even know who I would call to get it....I am a conservative Libertarian...I believe in deregulation, free markets, and the freedom for anyone to do and say as they please so long as they are causing no immediate harm to anyone else. I earn my $....Do you?

  • @R1D3TH3SP1RAL No, my rich parents pay everything for me. Besides, once I finish my studies, I am going to be a great person, greater than what you will ever aspire to be.

  • @TheMarksmenCat Oh...Hilarious.....Thanks for proving my point...and you will never be what I have made myself because I had to EARN it....there's a difference...it doesn't matter how much money you make, you'll always be a worthless pile of shit seeing as though you haven't earned one thing for yourself...So Why call THEM freeloaders, when you're the biggest mooch there is? I'll bet mommy still picks out your clothes for you doesn't she!? LMFAO, I can't believe one would brag about that..lol

  • @R1D3TH3SP1RAL whether you earn your money or not, you're just a peasant, an inferior. I am on my way to becoming someone successful, while you will forever be a proletarian. Loser.

  • The Republican Party, essentially by definition, is there to serve the interests of the wealthy business owners. But one percent can't win an election, and they know that. They need masses. So, they decided to target the very people that Democrats tend NOT to target: white, religious, often poorly educated hayseeds. Republicans EXPLOIT religion to get asses into voting booths, to convince every goober and yokel that a vote for the GOP is a vote for GOD.

  • @Ashiman12 And those are the ones who get out and vote in droves (the religious nuts who think politics and religion should mix). Now if EVERYONE who is eligible to vote did so, there is NO WAY the Republican party would be in control of ANYTHING. They have gone too far right and it baffles me how any of them are even elected.

  • video quality bad

  • Is it just my computer, or has this video been corrupted a couple times????!!!!

  • The other 49% are people that believe taxes are why they are poor.

  • I like Maher a lot but calling the Casey Anthony jurors 'durmbasses' is not something that anyone should agree with. The forensic investigators could not even determine a cause of death for her daughter. Our court system is based on empirical evidence and that is it. The prosecution COULD NOT empirically prove she committed murder beyond reasonable doubt and they made the responsible choice. Love you Bill but you are dead wrong for insulting those jurors.

  • @MVT44

Just because one cannot find evidence does not mean that person is innocent. Casey Anthony trial was completely common sense from the start..that she did it...

I am ashamed of our own legal system....

  • @jalfredl how could a trial ever be "common sense"? Where does this evidence come from which the "common sense" hatches? Media? Are you suggesting that the court of public opinion is a good method? Sounds more like Nazi Germany, McCarthyism or Puritan Witch trials... I am happy that our legal system is a little more civilized than that, although, still with major faults, we rank #28 in the world in Judicial Liberty, meaning our legal system is so flawed its outranked by 27 superior countries.

  • @skershaw2000

Like bill maher said: she failed to report that her child was missing after a month .and then she went out to party. Also she got a tattoo that says "bella vida". If she is not guilty, she meant as well go to a mental hospital.

That doesn't not suprise me that we're at 28...

many innocent people in jail or on death row, and many guilty people are free...smh

  • @jalfredl Yes, there may have been holes in the case and perhaps even screw ups on the part of prosecuters to bring this trial to a close. But the way the system works is NOT to appeal to the 'court of of public opinion' as our American culture promotes emotional response over actual informative details. Something Fox News, Bill O'Reilly as well as Michael Moore take advantage of politically.

But you do make good points, I agree.

I like Maher because he's a comedian first, pundet second.

  • @skershaw2000

yep.. There are alot holes in many cases, like the one with Troy Davis

Anyways, you're absolutely right about not to take the public view to due emotional responses..

However, I feel like our justice system is a bit outdated, which i have no clue on how to fix it..

But that verdict in the anthony case was a kick in the balls. If casey did not do it, why are the officials not searching and/or arresting anybody else for the murder?? That case far from over.

  • @jalfredl I dont know... but I lived in Germany for almost 10 years and the judicial process there is slighly different... it doesnt rely on a jury of peers at all, it relies on a "jury" of legal professionals... for smaller cases argued in a trial setting, its a panel of judges, usually 3 to 4. For capital cases, serious offensese, etc. its usually 6 to 8.

This system is similar to the US Supreme Court... these judges are very objective, clear and not motivated by political influence.

  • @jalfredl I agree, this justice system we have was created for the old days when mostly everybody had the same views regarding society...Nowadays you have people that are polar opposites...And you have 13 right ring christian evangelists reviewing a trial on a guy who got caught with some pounds of weed or something...And they see him as a POS drug dealer, when really non of them are familiar with weed, or the fact that it's harmless....Too much diversity for the jury of peers anymore

  • @R1D3TH3SP1RAL

    lol, exactly..

  • @jalfredl "just because one cannot find evidence does not mean a person is innocent"??? are you kidding me? so you would put someone in prison without evidence? wow.

  • @cquackaz

    no.no..

I was trying to say that if a suspect successfully gets rid all the evidence and the officials cannot find it. That does not mean that suspect is automatically innocent b/c evidence was not found to being with.

  • @cquackaz ummmmmm if you were living under a rock and didn't notice, 3 weeks ago they KILLED a man in Atlanta with no evidence....And a case like Casey Anthony's? C'mon, seriously? the neighbor had the shovel still covered with blood and dirt that she borrowed from him 10 minutes before....only a bunch of complete fucking retards would let her go free...

  • Respond to this video... circumstantial evidence needs to be taken more seriously in most cases...

  • @MVT44

    Agree.

  • @MVT44 That's silly....They can find a guy that supposedly murdered a police officer guilty and viable for the death penalty when there was NO physical evidence, NO credible witnesses, and the ones that did testify already said they were pressured and treatened by the D.A. But this woman who obviously killed her daughter based on all the circumstancial evidence, the neighbor and the bloody shovel, the location of the body, the sticker....I mean, C'MON!!!

  • @R1D3TH3SP1RAL Your right and the prosecution not even being able to determine a cause of death or that murder even took place also shows her guilt? I am not saying she did not do it, I am saying that the evidence does not prove that any murder took place or that she committed murder. Our criminal system is based on evidence and that is it. Saying that someone 'acted in an unusual way' is not empirical evidence.

  • @MVT44 Now don't get me wrong, I am not saying that she deserved to be convicted with no reasonable evidence presented...But I think the first sign that they needed to be digging as hard as they could was the fact that she didn't report her daughter missing for weeks on end....I just cannot believe that they couldn't come up with a compelling enough case to have her convicted, it's on the borderline of fishy if you ask me...It's crazy the way people subconsciously profile other people...

  • @R1D3TH3SP1RAL The fact that her lies prevented her daughter from being reported for a month explains the lack of evidence. When her daughter was finally reported missing by the child's grandmother, Anthony lied and sent the police on a wild goose chase saying that her daughter was kidnapped. This is why her behavior is such important evidence. However, I would not convict on this alone. There was also compelling forensic evidence.

  • They could not determine cause of death because it had been 6 months before the body was found. If you don't think a child's body being found triple bagged and thrown into a swamp with duct tape around the child's face is evidence of murder than I can't help you. Also the body was proven to have been in Anthony's trunk. Anthony's behavior is important because she did everything she could to prevent her daughter from being found from not reporting her missing to lying that she was kidnapped.

  • Outsourcing still remains an issue, though. I could see tax cuts for the wealthy being used as incentives to keep businesses here. Not saying it's a good idea or the best plan, but I can understand how others would reach that conclusion.

  • @PaladinHero The type of tax cuts the GOP wants does work sort as an incentive, but it has no positive impact on the economy. The tax cuts is paid out in dividends and not necessarily reinvested into business itself in the US (but probably in a factory China)

The tax cut the US is currently giving to the wealthy are essentially free money at the cost of reduced revenue, and provides no growth since it is given with no strings attached so thus far. I don't expect much job creation as result.

  • @Neosaigo That is an awesome apolitical, enlightening explanation. Thank you, Neosaigo!

  • @Neosaigo That's one of the primary monetary mechanisms at the heart of the US's current financial recession, obstructing the federal branch from fiscal solvency.

    Last thing any economically sound national government should be executing during such a stark recession and crippling national debt is to be lowering taxes; killing income from the superwealthy and their percentile of the US economy;

not investing in the US, but practicing trickle-down and and severe class-disparity as it is now.

    ಠ_ಠ

  • I hope I get the chance to shake this man's hand one day. Giving the fact that I'm poor and live in Romania, chances are low

  • wake up fellow americans do some homework we need to fix this our system will work if allowed to operate properly. identify guilty parties amend the system to close over sights and loop holes being used by corrupt intrests for the result of continualy declining the condition of the average american!

  • i wonder if maher took a moment of silence to remember those hijackers and much courage he said they had?

  • you know why they vote republican. religious morons

  • Maher for president

  • EVERY RETARDED REPUBLICAN who voted for Bush and GOP house members DESERVED to lose their house for being so fucking stupid.

Sadly, intelligent ppl suffered from this terrorist al-GOP ineptitude and corruption far too numerously as well.

  • @TAz69x How about you actually crack open a book on economics and read a bit about the housing market, and learn about how our economy is based on booms and busts (which means we never truly have a healthy economy), before you pretend to be well versed on the topic.

  • @TAz69x Not only Republicans voted for Bush moron. Hence why he got elected.

  • The rich don't create jobs. Look it up.

  • How come Nobody bashes the 51% in this country that don't pay taxes yet are able to take advantage of government programs? That to me is greedy. At least the Rich create jobs. Try making sense of that you simpleton Democrats.

  • @toscodav workers don't pay income taxes (which were designed to be paid only by the rich), but they do of course pay other taxes. this is the way it is in all civilized countries. plus, the workers didn't provoke the latest crisis, so it's unfair for them to be forced to pay for it.

  • @clockworkscott Actually they pay several taxes, just not federal income taxes. You're correct there. @toscoday That 51% is vastly made up of the poor, elderly, and underemployed. Although I do realize that 99.6% of them own a fridge(you food chillin' mother f***ers!), the amount that many of these people are making a year? ~23k for a family of 4.

The rich do not create jobs. That's a myth Fox News feeds you. I suggest you do the research yourself, as @Thefunkadelicfan has suggested.

  • Get Cenk Uygur from the Young Turks on Real Time!

  • i would make love sex with this man.

  • theres somethin about bill maher that tells me he is very smart and would make a great president

  • So what if he gets lots of money, he'll get taxed too, he is willing to pay if he's saving your country. I don't understand what you republicans are whining about. He isn't telling this because he hates America, quite the opposite he's saying it because he doesn't want you americans to dance naked on the streets of China, cause you need to pay them back. It's that fucking simple.

  • @zinkoonstarwars If he makes lots of money, and advocates higher taxes on people who make lots of money, how is that a hypocrisy? I don't think you understand what the word means.

A rich guy claiming taxing rich guys was morally wrong could be considered a hypocrite. Not the other way around.

  • How does that make a rich guy a hypocrite if he says "taxing the rich is unmoral"

Sound like you don't understand the term hypocrisy.

  • a question

as America crumbles before my (white, british, oxford, pathe) eyes and we start to accept pur economic future, what would u most like the lasting heritage to america to be?

  • @thomgillibrand Mcdonalds, probably. That shit is everywhere

  • jewish liberals are the worst.

  • @zinkoonstarwars So Bill Maher doesn't mind if he gets taxed too? How humble... lol

  • So Bill Maher doesn't mind if he gets taxed too? How humble... lol

  • If u pick 5 most powerful dems & 5 most powerful pubs & average their net worths u couldn't tell 1 from the other. If u looked at their voting records on average it would reflect they voted on what was good 4 themselves not the poor or middle class. They all eat from the same pig trough. I doubt that all 12 jurors were rich r middle class & that had very little 2 do with Casey Anthony. If dems so great y can't little Johnny read? Has B. Maher spent any of his millions 2 feed a poor child?

  • the existence of working class or middle class republicans makes no sense to me. at least economically speaking. i think social issues are the main reason these ppl. vote republican. i have a friend from college who is a social worker who makes 20,000 a year and voted for bush because he was a "good christian". never mind the fact that she can't afford healthcare and up to her ass in student loans. what an idiot!

  • Bill is not part of the solution, he is part of the problem. He's a hallow social "critic" while the party he draws his "legitimacy" from is just a detrimental to Humanity as any other hypocritical liberal trying to sound "revolutionary", while nothing else that capitalist status quo. Hey Bill, nuff already. You're a mouth piece for the center-right, nothing else. Oh, and you're not funny, or your 40 moronic writers can make you look funny, anyhow, who or at all.

  • The reason that such a large percentage of people vote Republican, even though it doesn't serve their economic interests, is because the GOP has attached itself to certain social issues (i.e. gay marriage, abortion, immigration, etc.) and many people identify strongly with the conservative stance on these issues, and hence vote Republican, and adopt their economic philosophy because they deem the social issues so important, that they will ignore economic common sense.

  • @alphacause You are smarter than 99% Republican's.

  • @alphacause The reason why people vote republicans is because they don't mess up the economy as much as democrats. I have seen the policies that democrats impose ruin small businesses, raise unemployment, create an uncertain economy and made more people dependent on the government. I don't agree with Republicans on social issues but their economic policies are better. Since the Dems. took control of congress in 2006 our economy went downhill and any working US citizen experienced it.

  • @whyamimrpink78 The debt had already doubled , when they took control over Congress in 2006. And it happened because We elected the retarded cowboy twice. Maher didnt vote for either the dems or repubs in 2000 and 2004. The problem with this country, is that one party has all the brain, while the other has just the balls to get things done. Bush destroyed this country, trought the wealthy tax cuts. and the 2 wars.

  • Bill Maher is 100% right.

  • @TechnoB0T, he's a fucking moronic asshole.

  • @outdoorsman909 Look in a mirror. Go run and vote for Palin....He speaks the truth.

  • @outdoorsman909 obvious troll is obvious

  • How can you not just want to take a sawed off shotgun and blow his head off ?

  • @outdoorsman909 Because I have a functioning brain that lets me know he's absolutely correct on this subject? Yep - that's it!

  • Bill Maher is a liberal asshole who makes arguements based upon emotion, like most liberals, and not facts, like conservatives.

  • bill maher youare THE BEST!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Maher is right.. If you're part of the Middle Class, voting Republican is like shooting yourself in the foot... It doesn't make sense at all!!

  • @bachaka61 And voting democrat is like shooting your kid, and everyone elses kid, in the head.

  • @whyamimrpink78 oh, really? well then why did they cut taxes for people making less than 250 grand a year? Dems restarted stem cell research. Signed the NEW START deal with Russia. Obama a Credit card bill of rights. Pushed trough healthcare reform (or more spesific, Bob Doles old proposal from 1994). Repubs. were the ones who wanted to cut headstart. Education. College. EPA Planned parenthood. CDC. Job Training. Heating for low income families. NIH. Trasportation. And youre saying are morons?

  • @Kimmis1990 You see, when you say dems. are for education, epa, job training etc. you see that a great. When I see that, especially at the federal level I see that as a way for us to become dependent on the federal government and they have a way to control your live. Education, they can now control how you think instead of teaching you to become an independent thinker because a population of independent thinkers are hard to control. Health care, they now can control.....

  • And one more thing: dont you care at all about the enviroment? i do. Let me tell you something. The human race consumes every year, what now takes 1,3 years to restore. remember that. In case in 2030 we have to fight and kill each over food and water, and God knows what else.

  • @Kimmis1990 ....what you eat, what car you drive, how to live your life. Job training, they can control what jobs you work and hinder you from moving up in life. EPA, they can now control businesses and hurt small businesses, planned parenthood, they now control the growth of our population. You see, programs like that, like all government programs have benefits but at the same time we need to be able to control the government....

  • @whyamimrpink78 they dont control what you eat. you decide that for yourself. The problem is that the people is so dumb, they pick unhealthy things to eat. The baby foods now contain up to 1/3 sugar. 1/5 four-year olds in America is obese. 4 year old!

  • @Kimmis1990 ....This country was set up so the states can control those issues based on what their society wants and based on their state issues. The federal government was there so we can have a way to control government. When the federal government controls those programs then we lose our only means of controling government even though dems. make make is sound like we aren't. Dems. aren't morons, the people that support them are....

  • @Kimmis1990 ....Repubs. are more for state rights (for the most part) and more for controlling the government. The are not going to get rid of education or epa or so on, they just want the states to run those so we can use the federal government to control local government. They don't want a one size fits all government or and central power. I do have my problems with repubs. I don't agree with them on taxes or social issues but compare to dems. they....

  • @Kimmis1990 ....are a better solution. They are more for a control economy and control spending where dems. are more for controlling your lives and money. Plus, you may say the debt increased under Bush, his biggest mistake was not raising taxes during war that took longer than expected. But look how much was spent under the dems from 2007 to now. Way more than Bush. Both parties have brains, the dems. know exactly what they are doing and know exactly....

  • @whyamimrpink78 its not about controlling our lives. Its about they want to try to take control over Wall Street, rather than Wall Street controlling our government. We are now a fascists country. Fascism is when cooperations become the government. It has happen trough tax breaks. Industry written laws. Bailouts. Deregulation. I dont like it at all.

  • @Kimmis1990 .....what type of government they are building. They know how to pull fast ones by their supporters and how to control their lives. Repubs. are smart. They know how this country should be ran with state right, they fail when it comes to social issues and taxes(well both parties fail in taxes). Both parties are smart, the problem is is that we have lost control of our government and have become dependent on it and dems. are the leading cause of that problem.

  • @whyamimrpink78 I Happen to disagree there. The Repubs repealed Glass-Steagal Act of 1932 and other economic laws, to create the deregulated market. Republicans dont have idea of what they are doing. This is not the party i remember, reading about in school. With people like Bob Dole. Jack Kemp. Howard Baker. Dwight Eisenhower. Barry Goldwater. Alan Simpson. Thomas Dewey. This not their party. Its a cult. If it is a political party, Why do they let Michele Bachmann run for president? its spooky.

  • @whyamimrpink78 When Bill Clinton left office in 2001, the Congressional Budget Office predicted, within 10 years, we would have paid off the entire debt, and having a 2 trillion dollar surplus. Instead theres a 14,5 trillion dollar debt, and the difference in these 2 numbers, is because repubs put tax cuts for the rich. Free drugs for elderly and 2 wars, on the lay-away plan and then bailed on the check. thats were they stand on fiscal responsibillity.

  • @whyamimrpink78 On defense, they invaded Iraq in 2003. Saddam didnt have WMDs. He didnt have an air force. Didnt have a navy. His army was 1/3 of what it was, during the Gulf war. Bush famously said 6months after 9/11 that he didnt spend that much time on Bin Laden anymore and is no longer concerned about him. Obama at least decided to go after Bin Laden again. Went in, without permission into Pakistan and got rid of him, witch repubs had the chance to do for 8 years. (2001-2009).

  • @whyamimrpink78 i feel like the republicans dont want the countrys economy to survive. I Think they want to kill it. Witch is why they are for a deregulated free market, with no taxes on the rich. Without a tiny entitlement system, like Medicare or Social Security, the country will get a 3rd world status, were theres a bunch of filthy rich and poor. The richest 1% have more money than the bottom 45% of americans combined. You must have loved Gordon Gekko, when he said "greed is good".

  • @whyamimrpink78 witch is why i belive in socialism. Its just that government takes profit of things that shouldnt be made for profit. Like health care. Military. Prisons. And education. In countries like Norway and Sweden, the people there, gets for their tax dollars, full healthcare coverage. generous pension. daycare. long paid vacation. paid maternity leave. college and great, suffient infrastructure.

  • @Kimmis1990 Socialism great when we have control of the government, the problem is we don't. No term limits for congress member, they receive better benefits than us and retirement off of our tax dollars, they don't have to worry about social security going broke, the make 6 times more than the average US worker. That isn't control, they are ruling us. Also, other citizens in other states don't want socialism. My home state didn't want health care reform....

  • @whyamimrpink78 your state didnt want it, because republicans told you, you didnt. That how slick they are: when you need something, they will convince, you, you dont. By the way, When they Obama care is awful, they are being hypocrites, because government run health care is given to you youre poor. If youre old. If you re a soldier. If youre been in government. By The way, the Congress hasnt raised the min. wage since 1997.

  • @Kimmis1990 Yep, all the people I know on medicare hate it. They rather go through a private insurance company but they are force to be on medicare. My insurance is great along with everyone else I know. We didn't need health care reform, we didn't want health care reform so why should we have it. And when minimum wage was increase guess what happen, unemployment went up, the small business I work for couldn't give out raises, a federal minimum wage hurts the economy.

  • @whyamimrpink78 Medicare is a great program. In L.A. theres hospitals dumping patients who doesnt have coverage on the street. On Skid Row. Come on. The health care system in America is really insurrance companies, making money, by fucking people out of coverage. Even if it kills them. Maybe Alan Grayson was right about the republican healthcare plan. Dont get sick, and if you do. Die quickly.

  • @Kimmis1990 It may be great for you, if that is the case then how about LA or california create a their own medicare program. People I know hate it and don't want it. If that is the case then why should those states be forced to use it or pay into it. Simple. I see the benefits of medicare and why people want it, I also see the downside of it why people hate it, solution, let the states decide just like the founding fathers wanted.

  • @Kimmis1990 ....or they wanted a different type of reform. That is why the dems. couldn't agree on one type health care despite control of congress. They all wanted reform just different kinds. You think me, and republican(I am not a republican, i mentioned before I disagree with a lot they do and I don't like Bachman) are against socialism. What we are against is government controlling us. You may think they aren't but they are....

  • @Kimmis1990 ....Higher taxes on food that isn't healthy to force you to eat other foods, forcing you to buy health care. Putting standards on what cars to drive saying it helps the environment when really there isn't enough evidence to say otherwise. Taking out social security to pay for your retirement but if you die early then you don't get that money. They are controlling us and they have the means to do it more, the dems. want that....

  • @whyamimrpink78 whats wrong with eating a carrot, instead of a Twinkie? whats awful about going outside, playing tag, instead of sitting inside, troughout the day and playing video games?

  • @Kimmis1990 I agree, but the government shouldn't have to force you to do it. Those are people's personal decision in life. If I want to eat a box of brownies then fine. I don't, I exercise on a regular basis, but I shouldn't have to be forced to do it.

  • @whyamimrpink78 They dont force you with socialism. Thats communism. Communism is a completely different thing. By the way, you know why the rich had to pay so much taxes? is because they had to invest in their companies here at home, rather than send the jobs to China, because its cheaper. The Bush tax cuts did not create job, he said they were going to do. The Republican legislature of Wisconsin took away all collective bargaining right from all working unions.

  • @Kimmis1990 Exactly, socialism isn't bad because we control the government. Communism is what is happening now. Politicians are now Harvard lawyers that become career politicians, not small business owners or everyday people but elites that want to control you. Off of our tax dollars they get better health care than they off us and better retirement. They get better salary then we get. It is because we lost our only means to control government, the federal government....

  • @whyamimrpink78 Its not Communism. Its Fascism. The hardcore suited fellas on Wall Street is in contol of this country. The real Owners of this country. Politicians are put in place to give people the illusion of choice. We dont. Because they Wall street control this country now. Not Obama. Not Boehner. Not Reid. Not Cantor. Not Pelosi. Wall Street!

  • @Kimmis1990 That sounds like communism there. We are given the illusion of choice. You know what else is communism, when Obama blames Bush and the repubs. That sounds like Big Brother blaming Emmanual Goldstein. This isn't fascism, it is communism.

  • @whyamimrpink78 To me Obama doesnt nearly enough. Reagan blamed Carter for everything for 8 years. When Carter left office, the country had a 1 trillion dollar debt. Reagan left office, it was now a 3,5 trill. debt. When Clinton took office, it was 7,2 trillion dollars. In 2001 its 5,6. Bush II leaves office its 11.5 trillion.

  • @Kimmis1990 Congress sets the budget. Reagan delt with a democrat congress. Clinton had a republican congress the controlled the budget. Then things were fine under Bush until his last two years when the dems. took control which lead to uncontrol spending. And how much has Obama spent in just is 2.5 years? Obama only means of looking good is to blame Emmanual Goldstein.

  • @whyamimrpink78 OBAMA HAS SPENT, GETTING US OUT THE HOLE, THE OTHER ASSHOLE DUG!

  • @Kimmis1990 That is it, spend money we don't have, dig us into a bigger hole and ruin the value of the dollar. We have a debt that will never get paid off now and generations ahead of us are now in trouble. But keep blaming Emmanual Goldstein, respect big brother. Believe them when they say 2+2=5, ignorance is strength.

  • @whyamimrpink78 im blaming Bush. Alan Greenspann. We can get some money, if we cut cooperate welfare. Slash the defense budget. Tax the rich. Build infrastructure, and take the profit, out of health care. Support the strong unions that created a middle class. Shut down the military bases. Legalize pot. And tax polluters. End the wars.

  • @Kimmis1990 Tax polluters, some people can't afford an "eco-friendly" car. What are you going to do about them? They don't have a care they don't go to work. Then they don't have a job, zero money, zero taxes from the, in fact, we will be wasting money on them through health care and welfare. Tax the rich? When the rich move their money to China there will be no rich to tax. Support unions? You mean thugs that think they know how to run a business even though they have never done it...

  • @Kimmis1990 .....and have zero dollars invested in the business. Most of those solutions sound great for destroy our economy and the middle class.

  • @whyamimrpink78 When the dems took over in 2007, the debt had doubled. The repubs said in 2006, the terrorists want the dems to win. Are you insane? George Bush was a terrorist`s wet dream. He enflamed radical hate against America, then ran off, offering to protect us from it. Its like a guy throwing shit on you, then selling you relief from the flies.

  • @Kimmis1990 ....And I didn't agree with the Bush tax cuts. I don't agree with either party's tax system. But unemployment was fine until the dems. took over congress and created uncertainity, especially with regulations so they went to a more certain economy, China. And what is wrong with taking away bargaining rights from unions. Do you know the problems unions cause, just look at Michigan. Unions do way more harm than good for companies and the members.

  • @whyamimrpink78 The unions are the reason why the was created a Middle class in the first place in this country, because they stood up for the hard working men, who always showed at their job, every day in sickness and health, to make money to provide for their famillies. Dems. took over Congress in 2006, but the repubs got their agenda passed trough anyway, because they controlled the white house for 2 more years.

  • @Kimmis1990 Unions do have some benefits, but when they force members to pay into a strike fund, or attack business owners because they feel that businesses can afford to pay higher wages and benefits(which they can't) then that is when they fail. Why do you think so many businesses move to non union states? They can't afford the demands of unions. If union members knew how a business ran then they will be running one, but they don't. You can still bargin, you just shouldn't do it as a gang.

  • @whyamimrpink78 Unions are not as powerful as cooperations. They just have to say no. Thats it.

  • @Kimmis1990 Unions shouldn't have power. They are uneducated thugs. They feel that companies can afford this and that but they don't realize that they can't. They also don't realize that business owners are making the money risk. If they business fail they are out of a job and millions. If a business fails for union members they are just out of a job and they can find new ones. If union members know anything about running a business they they would be the boss instead of the worker.

  • @whyamimrpink78 you just now proved to me youre a republican, because you support the rich, rather than the middle class.

  • @Kimmis1990 I don't support rich, I am broke. What I support is controlling government, controlling spending, wiser spending. I support getting a job and making a living and being able to make it on my own and becoming the middle class. I support a stable economy because I know that it will get me there.

  • @Kimmis1990 Plus, dems. support the rich more than the repubs. Look at their policies and how much the ruin small businesses. They want us to either work for the government or work for a big business where there is no personal boss and employer relationship or little oppurtunity to move up. They want us to live off of government social programs, work for company A or B and keep quiet. Their idea of helping middle class is not allowing anyone to leave it.

  • @whyamimrpink78 Actually, they support them, just as much. They share the same position now on everything.

  • @Kimmis1990 And the president can't pass anything without congress saying yes first (except for Obama of course). So don't place blame on the white house.

  • @whyamimrpink78 Bush Didnt care about Congress. He did whatever he wanted to do. Bush signed a permit for the military to use toture. Created the american Hanoi Hilton at GTMO. USA Patriot Act. The Iraq War. Do you think he gave a fuck? no.

  • @Kimmis1990 Really, congress passed the Patriot Act (supported by many dems.) and gave the approval for the Irag War. Obama attack Libya without congress saying yes. Many congress members, including Pelosi was involve in "torture". Congress supports a lot of those and still does.

  • @Kimmis1990 ....You see, with the states running social programs and regulations then they are managed better, budget better, and the programs put in place are the ones that those states want. Not everyone wants health care, not every state needs huge regulations, minimum wage would be ran better at the state level. Taking those away from the federal government doesn't mean they are going away, it means that the states will run it.....

  • @Kimmis1990 ....If a state like Wyoming doesn't want health care they fine, they don't have to do it. Just because you, or your state wants it doesn't mean every state wants it. And dems. do way more harm to the economy then repubs. Dems. have uncontrolled spending and high regulations leading to an uncertain economy. Why do you think since Obama was elected that businesses stop hiring, they have no clue how the money is going to be spent or what regulations they have to go with....

  • @whyamimrpink78 They stopped hiring, because theres no revenue to invest in infrastructure. The taxes on the rich, havent been so low, since 1948. And the debt havent been this high, since 1952. When Eisenhower was president, the rich paid 90%. Under Nixon it was 70%. Reagan/bush: 36%. Cliton: 39%

  • @Kimmis1990 You see, you can't look at just that. In the 90s not every dollar was accounted for. The rich on paper probably paid 90% but when it was all said and done they paid less due to them having money not accounted for. Now the IRS can account for every dollar so they is no need for a high percent tax the rich. And if you include all taxes in general taxes have never been higher all around.
