You have to set Marker. Marker work like sections, breaking it up, and you can set a camera angle for each section you make. Place at least two markers (where you want the angle to start, and stop), highlight that section and push Y to edit....Then you can change the speed (X) and camera angle for that section. Press B to apply. Then you can set a new markers or "sections" and change the angles for those. You can also apply color filters while in the Edit menu by clicking the Right Stick.
