You should enable your TFTP server or remove the address so the phone doesn't wait for the server. These VPN phones are great! I have a 4625 with a side car at my home office. I can't wait until Avaya releases the VPN firmware for the 96xx IP telephones.
What is the quality of voice connecting with teh VPN phone??? Does it work with any VPN system?
