@TheElectricDreamer93 lower your calories intake. You need to starve yourself a little bit. I don't mean to stop eating, I mean to eat the same amount but with foods that fill you up more without the calories. I recommend to reduce your daily intake to about 1200 calories a day, by cutting 350 calories from your diet you will lose 1lb every 10 days. You can speed this up by exercising, a combination of cardio and weight lifting works best. If you workout and do diet you will lose it.
@raven66614 First, it is not to be health, it is to maintain body weight, second, if 10000 were true, you would be 19 ft 6 in, 1147 pounds, and you would only have .1 calories to spare. You did something wrong.
