Phillistines were from northern africa/southern europe (no one really knows for sure but most historians agree on crete or carthage)

All white. Paler than most, in most cases. It's a bit different with the Ray Charles/ Matt Damon joke- because here you'd have a caucasian playing an african american. With Jews, it's impossible to know unless they tell you- it's not like it's a different ethnicity-just a different religion.
