I found it on the electronics district of Bangkok. Many people asked me to buy and send some by mail, so I still have a few in "stock" so to speak. The good thing about this steppers is that they can run right out the microcontroller pins, no need for other components.
The controller is a Tiny2313 micro, running on my homemade development board, the code is very simple but too long to post here.
