  • @MrBumpmen

    Hello dear Bumpmen

    Have you got the lyrics?!

I really need them, can you help me

    thx you !:)

  • Anyone have link to a song by this band called "Mobile Unit 245", I have been searching for years.

  • Anyone have them playing Yellow Pills live anywhere??

  • OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Steve Allen's greatest guitar solo!! He plays with such melody and taste!!

  • Cool memories! They should play this song on the radio. The music sounds great!

  • @jdsongwriter

The song I want and can not find a trace of is Mobile Unit 245... can't find it anywhere on the internet, that is the tune I want by these fellows.

  • Send me a message and I'll see about getting the song to you. I was just playing the LP today and realized that this song is a Vietnam war flashback; I never got that from previous listenings. Guess I need to pay better attention to my records!

  • @myrecordcollection

I so love this song, I would love to have this tune again, in it's orginal format. My dad threw away all my LP's after I moved from LA to Denver in 1994. I will never forgive him for cleaning house the first time ever.

  • Seriously--just send me a message with your email and I'll send it your way.

  • OMG, Golden Bear, that was in LA or OC, I was there once, shit that was in HB... I am so jealous, they closed that down just as I hit 17 years old. I recall seeing the remain stand for 2 years, I lived at Atlanta and Beach

  • I saw 20/20 back in the day at the Golden Bear, the Starwood, & at Alpine Village as well...& where ever else they were playing. I think I first saw them in 1979 at the Paladium at some New Wave show where they played with a bunch of other up and coming bands from that time.

They always put on a great show and it was always great to see the bands you liked at clubs like these.

Nothing beat going to the early show at the Whiskey then walking down to the Roxy for their late show!

  • Not all good things have to come to an end. Nearly 30 years later, these guys sound great live!

  • Wow!, I loved this band in 1980, this band stated my "life" at the time. Awesome stuff!

  • "I shut my window on the air so mean.if I take enough pills i'll be as tough as the world today.

But it's a up hill life, I wouldn't think nothing about dying tonight."

Great Band -If they had been in heavy rotaion on MTV they would have been huge-no excuse !!!!!

Does anyone know why they were NOT?

20/20 was on the cusp of the MTV driven market.(hit radio was in the livingroom onTV) They could deliver the goods live too.

I use to see these guy sell out 2 shows a night in Hollywood.

  • You guy's sound great as always vocals A++++

No bad for a couple of Italians from Oklahoma.

    to Quote Winston Churchhill..

"Hey joey ,i like when you go to the Bell"

  • covered this in the 80s.. forgotten how much fun it was!

  • I saw these guys many times at the Golden Bear (by the Huntington Beach pier) in the early 80's. What a special time that was! I saw so many great bands there like Tommy Tutone,Oingo Boingo, etc. There was little seating just an open floor and you could dance or pogo with your friends. The bands were so close you could almost touch them. There will never be a time like that again. I'm a lucky man to have experienced those times.

  • what they said" can feel the sun, and began the sky?

  • 714 is the pharmaceutical number on a quaalude

  • GREAT TO SEE THEM TODAY AGAIN !!!

  • oh my. I think I was at EVERY starwood show that 20/20 put on. Last time I saw them was at magic mountain and if I remember right ron fell off the stage. They truely appeared to be selfdestructing around that time. But that was the whole idea and we all could relate.

I had seen just about everyone during those days and to me 20/20 was the calling card for my generation.

    Cheri, remember the lightning?

    Yellow Pills.

  • Jetlag is easily in my top 10 songs of all time. The phrasing, content, melody.. it just floored me the first time I heard it.

  • I also saw them at the Golden Bear many times and also at the Barn (Alpine Village) in Carson/Torrance. Those were memorable good times. Thanks for posting.

  • I saw 20/20 something like 5 times at the old Starwood in Hollywood. I was actually in their fan club, because we wore buttons and such back in those great early 80's end of the 70's. Thanks for posting this video.

  • Still trying like heck to track down a 20/20 button like you wouldn't believe.

  • My boys!! So good to see the interest in 'em after so many years.....they were great to see live, and I have so many fond memories of Steve, Ron and especially Mikey Gallo...Mikey, where the hell are ya, lad??

  • wow! I saw them at the Golden Bear in So Cal many times. Boy , they haven't skipped a beat!

  • great pop song...one of their best!
