The crash helmet is one of the main parts to this story, it is Boag's way of saying "hey if you haven't tasted how awesome Boag's is why don't you take a risk and try it, you might find out that you like it". Just on @Tazweigian's comment what it is refering to in the whatever goes in comes out better is the fermenting process that beers takes it starts of as water and yeast and then comes out as beer.. I know I'd rather drink beer than water.
